Hot?

You just know this will be the worst kind of woke-slop: In fact it was women who settled the praries/did ALL the hard work in those days, all while being held back by useless MEN!
Every female character will be a strong, sassy girlboss, every male will be both incompetent and a villain.

Bet
>>
No. Original show was some of the best classic kino you could ever watch. But the new one was filled with le strong women, girlboss shit, and it looked AI (even though it wasn't)

This is the biggest thing. Michael Landon as Charles Ingalls was the man/husband/father on the show and his word was final. He even threatens to whip his daughters because "they haven't had it for a while" and they were getting mouthy to him.

I only saw parts of it because my sister liked that show. The only thing I really remember is Nelle was quite a bitch. Imagine my surprise to see Half Pint all grown up.

You know she has it rough when she has to use two kinds of string for the hat
>>
While looking up my genealogy I discovered I'm distantly related to Charles Ingalls. I'm hoping this adaptation doesn't omit the amount of rape in the original books.

It’s Netflix, unless it was canceled after 3.5 epicodes it’s not good,

I used to joke about how the only thing left to remake/reboot is Little House on the Prairie

My joke is now outdated
>>

Did they talk about the horrors of slavery?

Because slavery did exist, and it was bad y'know
