Freddy > Jason > MichaelNightmare movies feel like at least some effort went into them. 1, 3, and New Nightmare are genuinely good movies, and even the weaker sequels have consistently great special effects work in the dream sequences. The series also gets points for having some of the most creative slasher kills ever.Friday is entertaining trash. The plotlines are thin, almost nonexistent at times, as they're only excuses to get Jason killing teenagers. None of them are "good" movies if you're looking for storytelling, but they entertain as horny slasher flicks with blood and tits. It's a shame the MPAA ruined some of the films with their censorship; Part 7 in particular.Halloween is awful trash. The first film is a classic, but most of the others are shit. They don't even manage to be fun like Friday. They're just dull and lifeless. I guess Part 3 is an okay horror flick, but it might as well belong in a different series since it doesn't even feature Michael. Feels like they never figured out what to do with the series.

Freddy movies are really different from each other, while halloween and friday is always the same formula. Freddy wins easilyRemake wise is the opposite. Halloween 2018 and the Friday with julianna guill are miles better than freddy remake
