If the goal is to mock Trump, it would make more sense to call it "America Park," unless they were somehow trying to insinuate that SP, Colorado had become so thoroughly culturally enriched, that they changed it to "South America." Funnily enough, this is actually more in line with something Trump would do, or joke about doing, because it's true, so in a way, it's kind of a self own on the part of SP.
