I saw Street Fighter (2026) today. I think there was a lot of "fat" so to speak, aka scenes they could have cut and a lot of the humor landed flat for me but overall i enjoyed it. what did /tv/ think

i'm tempted to go see it, but since i'm in commiefornia it'll cost $25 + tax + tip + worker's right's service fee + parking + tip to the valet + clean air fee and that's just the matinee rate. i already read the wiki summary and it sounds decent. but then there won't be any surprises for me. oh well.plus there's also that small % risk that someone shoots the theater up. which is why they should really just pump the streaming / dvd angle. i don't want to wait more than 2 moar weeks to see something that was released in theaters. if it's clear something is flopping, they should just pump it on streaming asap.
