What happened to this genre? Do zoomers not party?

The teen sex comedy literally cannot exist in the modern political enviroment

zoomies only vape
>>
zoomers don't drink until they're 21

they don't pass weed around in the circle, they all just smoke their individual vapes

they don't know how to fuck, everything needs to start on snapchat, meeting a girl and fucking her that night is unheard of

superbad doesn't even give the millenial experience justice. i feel like it was aimed toward the oldest gen Z kids more than the millenials who were out of high school by the time it came out

Superbad came out in 2007. Zoomers were in elementary school at best when it came out. It's a late millennial movie, made for millennials born in 1990-1992.

My high school years were 2007-2011 and i always thought Superbad was the most realistic high school movie

I doubt kids have changed that much. The same people that whine about the lack of teen sex comedies also assume every girl joins only fans at 18.
