>Comedy of dunces>MC Michael Bluth is treated like garbage by his father>Always give his dipshit family second chances>Every time he does something good, it is immediately undone>Everyone is an extreme narcissist >Beautiful women simping for Micheal Bluth and he somehow fucks it up constantly >Syssiphus: the sitcomThis show isn't funny, it's extremely stressful. I tried giving the first 2 seasons a shot but it's simply not clicking for me. Is the constant dipshit behavior supposed to be endearing?
Come back to it when you've grown out of your being a total faggot about everything phase.
>>223924007Michael actually has all the worst traits of his family. He’s cunning and manipulative, just as much as his parents, but still acts like the underdog trying to keep it all together. His three siblings also have the capacity to be evil, but they’re too dumb to realize it. Michael is the villain hiding in plain sight.
>>223924049he needed to be that way to tard wrangle his family, anyways I don't fault any of the children given their upbringing
Why do I keep mistaking this show for the one with Sofia Vergara and Ed Helms?
>>223924044This. Engagement-bot OP should hang himself so we can talk about tv and film.
>>223924545camera motion
>>223924007This is how women react to this flavor of comedy
>>223924049>>223924049Everyone here hates you and your compulsive-contrarian bullshit.
>>223924007>This show isn't funnyIt's a low brow live action cartoonIt sucks ass
>>223924049This is retarded contrarian nonsense and Im tired of hearing it. Michael is a good man with reasonable human faults like a completely normal amount of vanity and ego who bends the rules because he cares about his family. When he fucks up and does bad things it's usually pretty understandable and forgivable, and he generally tries to make things right afterwards. The entire rest of the family (excluding the kids of course) should be in prison. The family commits major fraud and assault. Michael buys a himself a sports car because hes been driving a portable stairway vehicle for 2 years and wants to treat himself and wants his son to stop feeling embarrassed. These are not the same
>>223924007I saw this on home video many, many years after it aired, so basically binged it. The trope you mention of him doing good and his family taking advantage of him became painfully obvious when watching in truncated fashion like this, without a week in between eps, to the point where it became tiresome and tedious. Some formats are just not meant for modern watching methods.
>>223924982To the contrary, so many of its jokes land better when you binge this show.
>>223924007Unironically a woman take
It's pretty funny if you're not retarded though.
>>223924007>Syssiphus: the sitcomit's dark humour."no matter what bit of hope comes your way, it's a trap to get you invested, fate will pull the rug out from under you at the last second and tomorrow you will have nothing again."I'm sure many of us can relate to this. it's the human condition for some people.
