Why didn't they just walk through town, handing out CVs and shaking hands with people?
Never seen it but I think Cameron Richardson gets naked in it and she's my crush
>>223924715I did that after my dad demanded it and people just take it as evidence they can take advantage of your obvious desperation. Why else would you be handing out CV's to random businesses if you weren't willing to work shit hours for less than minimum wage? He was made redundant shortly after and had to go job hunting. That ended the constant "look em in the eye and give them a firm handshake" shit right quick.

Offices dont want people randomly showing up and disturbing their workflow. Its also a red flag for managers that you dont respect the hiring process or official channels. In blue collar work, they dont want randos showing up to potentially dangerous jobsites and wasting the workers time either. Its also a potential security risk. If the job doesnt say apply in person, dont. There are exceptions to some industies and economies. Resturants for example.

Is this the one where he turns down head from Allison briefly? What bullshit.
