I noticed that a common lesson or message for men in modern Hollywood movies is that it's not good to isolate yourself. That is a pretty good message to teach men. I feel like a lot of times you have your incel types that don't want to watch leftist movies because they feel that it will influence their views and then they end up avoiding all mainstream media because it's not "based" enough. But I don't think that's something you should be concerned with.
I know for myself, I grew up watching tons of Hollywood movies yet I wouldn't consider myself a communistic leftist. It's not like just because you engage with certain views it's going to automatically change you. The information still has to go through your brain and be processed. And if you really feel like you disagree with "wokeness" and want to fight against it, you'd be 100x times more equipped to do that if you actually watch and engage with mainstream media.
Obviously these movies are mostly talking about isolating yourself from other people, but again i think that engaging with mainstream media will help you tons with relating to the people around you. Just being able to discuss/critique a popular movie can be really helpful for your social life. If you're on this board it's likely you already like engaging with popular media, but I often see posts like "I ain't watching that shit because it doesn't align with my views", like with The Odyssey for example and you shouldn't think that way.

The protagonist of the Backrooms only ever found happiness when he chose to fully embrace isolation and accepted he didn't have to change for the sake of others
