What do the doodles mean? Ive been told food service workers use them as code or badges of what kind of work theve done. Maybe they also signal a roster of sex acts? I just dont know. Ive never been a cook, bartender, or dishwasher. It sounds like a tiresome life.

I worked at a restaurant during the time when season two of this show came out and did culinary school before that after it had just debuted and everyone was yammering about it. I worked with a guy who had an identical hairstyle and dressed the same way, acted in a similar way. Total psyop. I've never watched it.

At first it was about changing a sandwich shop into a fancy restaurant. The characters had to change and learn new stuff, which affected/was affected by their personal lives.
After S2 it just became endless trauma drama. What a waste.

If you never watched it, how do you know how the character acts?

S2 getting so many emmies went to the writer's heads so suddenly every episode had to be like the family dinner scene

No joke I really thought this was a shameless spin off, like lip became a cook or something but then burn local showed up and I realised oh this is some other shit
