>From>Lost>SiloAll the same shit...one question leads to another. Rinse and repeat. Endless cliffhangers. Why do shows like this continue to draw big audiences
>>223936340>Why do shows like this continue to draw big audiencespeople love seeing a negro locked up in some sort of limited place like an island or a village pocket dimension or a silo and the negro has to escape or is looking for something. then incomprehensible stuff happens and they show the negro with his mouth agape wondering whats going on.people love this for some reason.
>>223936340Someone was telling me to watch this cuz i liked widows bay
>>223936340People fucking love mystery boxes man
>>223936408S1 of From is pretty goodbut then you get sick of the same repetitive bullshit
>>223936340It's not Lost showrunners fault that the show was hugely successful. If you rewatch the first season of Lost you'll find pretty awful writing in some episodes and laughable acting from half the cast. The show improved hugely in later seasons but there was no real reason for people latching on to it earlier.People in general are pretty dumb and will watch the dumbest shit just because everyone else at work, school, parties will mention it.
>>223936340I watch it for MiY and Julie's heaving bosoms.
>>223936340the worst part of this show is they're in an impossible magic town full of evil and teleporting trees and shit, but whenever someone makes a discovery or has a theory people call them insane and tell them it's impossible. then ten minutes later they're defending their house from immortal vampire demons using magical talismans and talking to dead people
>>223936565nah the worst part is filler episodes there's a ton
>>223936385get dat thong out of ya bussy playa.
>>223936340Listen you fucking retard, you've consumed so much media, that the chances of anyone coming up with a satisfying twist or explanation is nonexistent. Those shows only work, because the only way we can have a satisfying explanation is by imaging one exists. That's it, that's the whole reason the mystery box genre exists.
>>223936837Ok
Questions are being answered like never before
>>223936837I cant talk about this right now.
I cant find my FROM memes but I cant wait for the answers to come.
>>223937764memes are being made like never before
>>223936340I dropped this after the first season when it was clear it was another jerk around
>>223936340Silo is at least coherent and providing answers that make some degree of sense.
>>223936436They like a well made mystery box, from is a mystery box that barely opens one fucking layer after 4 seasons, it's mostly cringe especially the latino mom, her fat daughter and their autismo son. The two lesbians in the clinic rank up there too.
>>223938430Isn't Silo based off a book? I didn't watch past the first season but I assumed they had material to adapt.>>223937764
>>223936340No other show has memes like From. None have the man in yellow with those incredible tits.
>>223936441almost everything. Nowadays after season 1-2 I lose motivation to even bother and just go watch old stuff
>Why do shows like this continue to draw big audiencesmost people are pretty dumb and/or are too tired from work to care about good writing and are perfectly satisfied to shut their brains off for mystery box slop
>>223938542Yes, it’s based off a book instead of some hacks just using the spaghetti method.
