How can you watch past the first 10 minutes of this Tarantino self-insert fantasy? I won't do it.

I'm not a neurotic retard.

because the Drexel scenes and the "origin of Sicilians" scene isn't in the first 10 minutes?

honestly I usually turn it off after the Sicilian scene or when Tony Soprano puts the smack down. Michael Rappaport ruins this movie for me.
>>
because it's good
>>
It would be ok if Christian Slater wasn't so aggressively unlikable
>>
>>223939017
He really brings every movie he's in a couple of notches down
>>

No he doesnt you impossible retards. He's a kino guy.
>>
>>223938561
I'll watch anything with Slater. He's the true kino machine.

This movie is peak 90s cool. I love it. 90s hawaiian shirt aesthetics simply just work.
>>

I get why this movie is considered a classic and some parts still hold up, but man this is a rough watch if you watch it nowadays.
Every scene feels like a film student in 1992's idea of cool or deep

>Every scene feels like a film student in 1992's idea of cool
That's a good thing.

>put on a hawaiian shirt and fucking yolo
A timeless message, more now than ever
>>

OP is clearly half Eggplant, typical. Kek
>>
I'm not sure if I like True Romance or The Last Boy Scout more.

What’s wrong with this movie exactly? I fucking love it. It’s edgy, it’s funny, the story is sweet and enduring. The movie is self aware at how silly it all is. Dialogue is great, it has some iconic scenes, pacing is perfect.

It’s has everything that makes movies fun.

>The Last Boy Scout
Most quotable movie ever made
>>

Also it rips off Badlands, but then again all Tarantino does is rip off better films from the 70's.
>>

What a retarded take.
>>
I recently rewatched Reservoir Dogs after like 20 years and it was comically bad.
>>
>>223938561
i watched it for the first time a year ago and it was laughably bad. i can understand liking it if you're a 12 year old virgin, but for any man with hair on his balls, this is just a cringey masturbatory childish fantasy - and not even a good one at that.
