Why do horror movies so often portray the archangel Gabriel as a bad guy?
>>
>>223943023
Because they’re written by subversive Jews who have never picked up a book of scripture in their lives.
>>
>>223943023
Because Gabriel sounds fancier than Michael and less gay than Raphael

You can do whatever you want with fictional characters.

because he helped mohamed create islam

Because the idea that there's politics in heaven is inherently interesting, and Gabriel is the most famous angel so of course you're going to give him a big part.
>>
Michael is the warrior who protects humanity, which is inherently heroic.
Gabriel is the messenger of the apocalypse, which carries sinister undertones.
Nobody ever remembers Raphael.

Walken > Swinton > Durand

I only know of Legion where Mikey Boy is a good guy, but he goes rogue in that one.
In Supernatural and Lucifer he's either as bad as Lucifer/somebad guy or worse.

An angel falling from grace is a kino storyline. Michael swings too much dick for that storyline to work for him and Raphael is a healer so it wouldn't make a lot of sense to have him turn heel. There are other archangels but I don't think they have names unless you're Mormon, lol.
