lol that's exactly what X-Men has always been in comics
X-Men is about mutants being Jews in need of their own Israel.
>>223943561>>223943589X-men was always an allegory for the LGBT community
>>223943561>>223943596>has always beenWhat? the O5 were an old bald White guy, 4 White guys, a woman, then the White guy's little brother and IDK what polaris was, because magnito wasn't a jew until like 1981 or 1990even giant sized had Scott, WhiteJean, White (not always there)Pitor, RussianLogan, ManletStorm, (the comics specifically say she looks like a hot mixed White/asian/black girl) Kurt, BlueBanshee, Irish
>>223943690>StormStorm was introduced in the issue when they were clearly told they need more diversity and Charles went around the world recruiting mutants. He recruits her directly from Africa where a bunch of jungle Africans are worshiping her. Pretty sure she's always meant to be black, even though she canonically has blue eyes.
>>223943807Storm is explicitly not black. She's like one of those nip browngirls from vidya and anime. she looks like a hapa with dark skin
watching chuds seethe about a woke xmen will be genuinely entertaining
Godmode Wolverine did more damage toX-Men.>No, he does not instantly regenerate from this like a DBZ character.
>>223943596Nope. It was for the black community. Professor X was supposed to be Martin Luther King, while magneto was Malcolm X. They both want the same thing but have different tactics to get there.
>>223943842I'm pretty sure she's supposed to be black but the artists just depict her with whatever features they actually find attractive instead of proper black ones.
>>223943561The X Men were always fucking shit. There's some neat ideas about how people with odd superpowers might behave but most of that is buried under dogshit plots and insufferable relationship drama and love triangles.
>>223943956I just showed you text from a comic panel. she's an anime brown girl
>>223944003And I showed you one from the first time she ever appeared depicting her coming from Kenya.
>>223944019She wasn't even Kenyan, her parents were from harlem or something and then moved to cairo.either way, she's a brown anime girl, not a black woman
>>223943917That's a later retcon made by Stan Lee when he tried to pretend his comics were deeper than he originally wrote them as.
>>223944124>>223943917that's like fucking Claremont>Claremont fucking filled the Xmen with his fetish shit>he's obviously into lesbians and bisexual girls>later claims he did it for lgbt representation, when he 100% did it because it made his dick hard
>>223944102She's black. The artists probably just wanted her to be attractive so likely unconsciously depicted her with white features like blue eyes and straight hair. She was a "brown anime girl" for precisely one guy's storyline 14 years after the character was created, a storyline which was promptly discontinued and forgotten.
>>223944167>one guyClaremont. The guy who wrote every issue of xmen from 1975-1992 or whatever. he wrote every storm appearance from the issue after Giant Sized Xmen until he quit
>>223943690Yeah, and the original X-Men with Iceman, Angel, Cyclops, Beast, and Jean Grey only lasted 60 something issues and was canceled because it sucked. Banshee, Havok, and Polaris were hang-arounds. Then they brought it back as Uncanny X-Men and it was an international team: Wolverine, Storm, Colossus, Sunfire, Nightcrawler, Thunderhawk, Banshee, and Cyclops. The original X-Men fucked off to form X-Factor, and Professor X also formed the New Mutants which was more DEI than X-Men. Uncanny X-Men eventually dropped the whole international thing and just started recruiting random mutants like Kitty Pryde, Rogue, and Rachael Summers. So basically the original X-Men were all white, then it was international (not really DEI), and then just whoever. The New Mutants were the DEI younger group. >Storm, (the comics specifically say she looks like a hot mixed White/asian/black girl) She was supposed to have cat eyes, and was drawn like that.
>>223943561X-Men being an allegory for gay people is fucking goofy.I mean, what the fuck? You know, I like to think I'm a pretty open minded person, and I'd love to see an example of positive representation, but comparing gay people to superpowered crime fighting mutants might be the most outlandish shit I've ever heard in my life. The thing is, every attempt at showing bigotry against the mutants is bigotry, but I don't think they're comparable to the treatment of gay people. In X-Men, people have a reason to be scared of mutants. They have powers far greater than the average person. Gay people don't have the ability to move through walls, manipulate magnets, fly, control the weather, have razor sharp steel come out of their knuckles, shoot lasers out of their eyes. There's no real way for the writers to accurately portray the struggles of gay people through another form of bigotry altogether. The experience is fundamentally different. Gay people can't move through walls because their family doesn't accept them. You can portray the hate, but you can't portray all of the reasons for the hate, or how it affects them correctly.
>>223943561X-men didnt blanket vindicate all minorities or outcasts for everything they do it outright stated that some people are different and also have evil motivations or are misguided beyond negotiation
