Meadow shifts career trajectories constantly, but every time she's told how amazing she'll be and is given whatever she needs to go to college or whatever. Meanwhile literally every fucking thing AJ wants to do is shot down. He wants to be an event planner? Well that's not a real job. He wants to join the army? Oh no you can't do that, you'll get killed. They don't care about whatever shit Meadow thinks she's going to do because she's a girl and it doesn't matter.
