It's basically about four asshole teenagers who get put into juvenile detention prison and get raped repeatedly by the guards. Two of the teens are sick completely buck broken they turn into criminal scum and through chance run into one of the guards who raped him as adults and torture murder him. One of the raped teens grows up to be a reporter and the other a DA who gets assigned the case and they conspired to successfully get the two off not guilty for the murder, right down to having one of the guards who raped them that come forward to give motive murdered to silence him.
