I can't stand laugh tracks or audience "laughter". I refuse. I just don't want any shows with them. I've missed out on good stuff due to this, but it's so annoying to suffer through.
10 minutes with no replies. See how interested we are in your fucking journal?
>>223954824I can't stand you. Guess we're even.
>>223954824Those people on the laugh tracks are dead, you know.
There was a pretty old That 70s Show edit where they took out the laugh tracks. It's a lot of standing around waiting for the laughter to die down, making it feel really awkward. Some are still around but not the one of Hyde and Donna in Foreman's driveway
What gets me is when the laugh track is playing and the actors just have to stall while the laugh is going on. The way they just awkwardly stare at eachother or start to drink something to look "natural" always felt weird to me.
>>223954960ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
>>223955479yeah this is really bad on seinfeld, literal minute long pauses whenever kramer walks infriends without a laugh track is actually funny the same way Garfield without Garfield is, they all seem like completely insane people
>>223956055the funny part with the kramer one is that he looks visibly annoyed in the earlier seasons with the audience howling for years, feeling they were disrupting his timing
>watch married with children>underage Kelly enters the scene>the audience goes "WOOOO AWOOGA WOOO WOOO AWOOO!"
>>223955479that 70s show is one of the worst live studio audience shows. even with the laugh track it still makes me uncomfortable watching them stand around after every epic punchline.
>>223954824seinfeld is actually better without the laugh track. makes everyone seem unhinged
Only show with a laugh track that I like is Red Dwarf
>>223956273it was probably the underaged kids in the audience doing that.
>>223954960>Heh it's not the same thread as every other one.>it's barely bait>it's not political>therefore I'm not interestingHaha gottem.
>>223954824Seinfeld used a live audience when they could and it's kino. Sorry you got shit taste but some of the most memorable scenes involved the audience's interjection like George having Pensky bust into his office. For me it's also nostalgic in a way as if looking in a time capsule and watching the show live with the audience back in the 90s
>>223954824Seinfeld was literally the big bang theory of the 90s
>>223956868The most iconic is the woman who goes "oh my god!" when she sees the homeless man wearing the puffy shirt.
you must be low iq, and probably non white, if you don't realize the intended way to consume sitcoms is to pretend you're in a theater and the laughter are people reacting around you
>>223956934There's a couple notable audience members who you start picking up on after a while. There's also a dude who hackles loud as shit every now and then
>>223954824I downloaded every episode of my favorite laugh track shows and edit out the laughter and clapping. These shows feel so surreal after and it adds a new dimension.
>>223954824You're stupidity is utterly showing
You sound like a retarded faggot. I guess you don't watch>stand up comedy>most sketch comedy>any late night talk showsBecause they have a live audience laughing for you to hear? I guess you don't watch sporting events because the live audience is making noise?
>>223954960No, seinfeld just sucks assIt's a garbage show
>>223957538>sucks assYou boomers are so gross with your crass and homosexual sayings
>>223957555Because it is a visual representation of the disgust the show providesIt's poetic
>>223957354>>stand up comedylame>>most sketch comedylame, cringe>>any late night talk showslame, cringe, dated
