People had more of their soul in the early 2000s, they weren't as dead inside or braindead as people are now. And old tcap would have the decoys form entire relationships with the predators, getting to know them more personally. New tcap they just act like prostitutes so most of the guys aren't as creepy or weird, they just wanna fuck and don't care about age (which obviously still makes them predators, but the circumstances don't feel as intimate)
