>>224096648I'm authentically curious what they intend to do with her character.Book Chani was incredibly pragmatic and dedicated to Paul, her whole story in messiah is trying to bear him heirs while his real wife secretly poisons her. At the end of movie 2 though she can't get out of her own way and winds up alienated from both Paul and her own people with a gigantic chip on her shoulder. I doubt very much that we double down on that, but damn if I wouldn't enjoy seeing this version of her fall apart alone and despised. Seems like anything they do is going to be a major departure from Messiah, I'm very curious.
