But on screen it's really hard to pull the Carrey part without looking ridiculous. So they opt for the psychopath part.And I mean, it fits. Dark Knight caught a lot of flak for its harmful stereotypes, showing a successful Chinese businessman who is good at math. Matt Reeves finally brought us back to reality, opening the film with an Asian man being assaulted by cholos before being saved by the benevolent BWC. (In a deleted scene, it's revealed that he later accepted his genetic fate and became a ladyboy.)

Best Batman flick. Great practical effects, great lighting, great set pieces, great acting, great cinematography, good looking and cool characters, nice fight choreography borrowing from John Wick, memable scenes (Ave Maria, Something in the way), kino villain (Classic Paul Dano), great Gotham design, great costumes, great mix of action and detective and bleak horror

Batman shouldn't look like my dad could beat him up.Felt like a long episode or Batman:TAS honestly.
About an hour too long imo. Really like everything about it until the flood shit, had a laugh about the Riddlers goon website but otherwise completely unnecessary
