I binge watch and I watch 2-3 kdramas a year and it has never ruined my experience. Doing it that way allows me to take it all without losing immersion or get distracted by other stuff. Anyone who claims binge watching is bad I'll say: skill issue.

this is a mechanism baked into the experience of watching television. not everything is meant to be remembered in perfect detail. with time in between episodes things become memories, something that stays in the back of your mind for a week becoming an imperfect fuzzy recollection. this has benefits itself, you no longer focus on minor things as much and are less likely to get annoyed or frustrated over reoccurring tropes or motifs because you're not seeing them back to back over the course of a few hours. that is the cause of so many people burning out at the end of a show, that's not to say a string of episodes in the middle of a show or the end of a show can't be done poorly, but the issues are needlessly compounded in the act of binge watching.
