Its a reference to Goodfellas, there is a scene where Joe Pesci's character thinks the mob is promoting him and granting him a protected status. But when they lead him into the room where the ceremony is to take place he sees it's empty and realizes he's been tricked, is about to be murdered, and his life was a pointless waste. He says "oh n-" presumably what would have been oh no, before he is cut off by being shot in the back of the head.
