FF Hoarder, if you are still around and see this, please send help.)Post links to fics and discuss them and fanfiction in general. Link fics you like, your own stuff, it's all good as long as it's yuri.
I was watching some old SVU and wanted to read Alex/Olivia but man, the fic in that fandom is weirdly mediocre, considering the material and era. Xena and J/7 from the same time had great fic.Semi-related, but I was trying some Jori fics too, having seen some clips on YouTube, and I also can't find any good fics for them.
>>4450024>shitty het dont have good yuri ficsWho woulda thunk it?
>>4450024>Xena and J/7 from the same timeTiming probably means less here than that these two fandoms likely just have a larger group of people interested in lesbian pairings (and fanfiction in general). The Venn diagram of people who watch SVU and also write fanfiction and also are interested in F/F pairings is probably pretty narrow compared to a series like Xena or Voyager.
>>4450563They still have a large number of fics, though, relatively. The percentage of good ones to bad is just so much worse. Maybe fantasy and scifi fans are just better writers than the normies who watch cop procedurals. Though, some years later, the normies who watch Glee are gonna write great fics
>>4450726Who knows. Fandoms are weird. Like how some series are dominated by fics that follow plot events step by step, fix-its, and the like while other series just go all in on AUs and post-series stories.
>author's note says: written by a (barely) certified lesbian sex haver >but nothing in the fic is capitalized or punctuatedinto the trash it goes
>>4451035She's too busy having lesbian sex to worry about grammar.
I don't know what it is about fae fics/AUs, but lesbian fairies just work.
>>4450024I thought this too and then actually binge watched STV this year and reread all the J/7 I could find and it was neither as abundant as I remembered it, nor as good. I could have been missing out on stuff from old archives that have disappeared into the mists of time too though, google is being seriously unreliable these days.>>4450729And Swan Queen fic is overwhelmingly in present tense. Like, 100k stories, all in present tense. It’s almost ubiquitous. Once I noticed it it kept bothering me.
>>4451139Could be that I was looking at J/7 through the rose-colored glasses of youth but I tried some A/O back then and it was bad then too.>>4450729I guess, but usually that kind of thing is more understandable, e.g., a particular ep or scene lends itself to a great canon divergent jump off point, or if there's a ton of plot, people like to make coffee shop and calmer AUs, or if they're really interesting characters with well defined dynamics, they get more AUs in general
>>4451431>usually that kind of thing is more understandableCould be a lot of things. I guess the real question would be "bad' how? Are they just poorly written from a basic English competency point of view? Are they out of character? Do they have bad dialogue or really dumb plots? It could be that stuff like Voyager and Xena get a pool of writers who are into fantasy/sci-fi and maybe read more or have more active imaginations, are more narratively inclined, and stuff like Glee gets watched by people who are really into character-based drama and interpersonal narratives so they also can write decently, but the sort of people watching SVU are more... looking to have a crime story told to them? The genre as a whole is less concerned with story or characters and more concerned with the individual instances of interesting crimes/motivations/detective work, so maybe the people coming from that audience who are trying their hand at fanfiction have less of a well to pull from. Or maybe the settings and characters themselves just facilitate decent fics easier or less.I found that the quality of TOH fics seemed to average really low when I tried reading some of them, which I found a bit odd because I feel like the group writing fics for that must be pretty similar if not the same people as those writing like, RWBY fics which seemed a noticeable step up in comparison, or Catradora fics which were definitely much better.
Hi. Since the OP says we can shill our stuff, this is my NGE Asuka/Rei fic, if anyone still cares about that ship. I started it in '23 and dropped it when I was hospitalized at the end of that year. I picked it up again very recently, and I've been reworking the old chapters while I write the new ones, as the notes will show. Be warned that it's a slow burn, and it's not porn. The main story will stay roughly PG-13 and anything explicit will be insinuated, but I do plan to eventually expand on those scenes and feature them as separate erotica, if that's your thing. If you do check it out, any feedback will be much appreciated. Guest comments are currently open.https://archiveofourown.org/works/50251030/chapters/126930511
>>4452241You have Shinji witha female character why is it not tagged f/m ?
>>4452279Sorry man, I didn't know that was against the law.
>>4452241A guy reading a confession letter that a girl wrote for another girl is fucking gross.
>>4452291>A guy reading a confession letter that a girl wrote for another girl is fucking grossYeah, it is. And Asuka explicitly says so in the second chapter, if you'd bother to read it.
>>4452241I'll just chime in to say that I think this is cool even if it isn't exactly to my tastes in every way. The pining on the part of Asuka is really great, and I honestly wouldn't mind if everything developed even more gradually (which is to say, I'm here for that sort of romantic longing).
I wish there was even half as much Malora as there is Elsanna. Is it just that Frozen was so much bigger as a movie? Is it that the pseudo parent-child incest is a bigger hurdle to jump than outright sibling incest?
>>4452466I've never enjoyed any of the Elsanna fics. But I've enjoyed most of the Malora long fics. Just seems like it attracts a higher quality of writer.
>>4452466Frozen came out in a time with large communities ready to jump on the bandwagon and produce vast amounts of content to show off to each other. Lots of it completely sanitizes the taboo aspect (sometimes sublimating it into general gay angst, other times just doing pure fluff), so I don't think that's the crucial difference. It is explicitly a story of two people who need each other but are separated, and Elsa hiding her powers is an easy "in the closet" metaphor, so I guess you could say it's a gayer film to begin with.Almost no one is watching Sleeping Beauty for the first time whe they are fanfic-writing age, so there isn't that same shared sense of discovery. The style of character development is maybe more broad strokes, so authors might have to do more work to make a believable romantic relationship outside canon. You'd have to really be motivated to write something big.
>>4452902>Almost no one is watching Sleeping Beauty for the first time whe they are fanfic-writing age, so there isn't that same shared sense of discovery. The style of character development is maybe more broad strokes, so authors might have to do more work to make a believable romantic relationship outside canon. You'd have to really be motivated to write something big.Perhaps the image I chose confused the point: It wasn't about Sleeping Beauty, which is obviously totally different and not at all comparable to Frozen. It was about Maleficent, the live action movie that came out just ~7 months after Frozen and was a very similar subversion setup where the story is actually about the relationship between the two female leads, including culminating in "true love's kiss" being unconditional familial love rather than romantic love at first sight..
>>4452279Shinji is a boy?
>>4452241I forgot to mention this before, but your summary really doesn't say anything about what the fic is about, and the updates notes and stuff should really be in an A/N. It's the kind of bloated and useless summary that makes me just scroll right on past. What even is "the one thing that could never happen"? Being caught shoplifting? It's too ambiguous to be useful. Sounds like you're trying to be poetic over being clear and concise. Plus, you really don't need to mention the pairing if it's in the tags, and, like the other anon mentioned, tagging it F/F when it's also tagged with a M/F relationship is a major red flag. It's like, what else is the author hiding?
>>4452973>What even is "the one thing that could never happen"? Being caught shoplifting? Not that anon, but lol, come on. That kind of conclusion would require extreme media illiteracy. I would include something else about the actual premise of this fic, though, even just a line or two. The updates can also be moved, with perhaps one line about the fic being updated regularly updated again if you really wanted to let readers know.I don't really care about side character ships being tagged, personally. If it's not enough for people to want to read for it, I don't need it to be warned for.
>>4452905That does make more sense. I'd actually forgotten that film existed, which maybe goes to your point about Frozen being a bigger hit. I think I did see a Malora side ship in an Elsanna fic once. Does Elsa's major malfunction make a better gay angst metaphor than whatever Maleficent has going on? I feel like she'd have been interpreted that way by some people even without Anna to ship her with. Hollywood also has a better track record with portraying surrogate parental figures than other types of non-romantic love. Frozen isn't the only time I've seen familial love end up with unintentional weird vibes.
>>4453535True. Elsanna definitely lends itself more to incest-guilt angst that most of its fics have than Malora. Fics can just swap Elsa's seclusion, fear and touch aversion pretty cleanly to "I'm secluding, afraid and touch averse because I want to fuck my little sister".
>>4453611I wish I liked CaitVi more. I also wish there were actually a fair number of Chaggie fics rather than that just being the pair tagged in fujo fics. Nice to see Agatha/Rio is doing well and MHA's end gave Togachako a surge.
>>4453611I've written for exactly none of these ships. Guess I can't complain about engagement anymore.
>>4453562>I want to fuck my little sisterforbidden love!
>>4452905I think a huge factor is that the main shippers of Elsanna were pretty young and a same age young love was easier for them to get into than a ship where one of the women was so much older. You'd have to rely on the older Mirandy/SQ/older soap couple set to be more active for Malora and I don't think they were that into Aurora.
>>4452466whats with people making elsa and anna not related in some frozen fics?
>>4453913The cowards were most likely spooked by the incest angle
>>4453913Idiots trying to sidestep incest but somehow not realizing that they're still just shipping sisters even if they're """not related""" in the fic.
>>4453913Allot of people get spooked by incest and allot of people have vitriolic haterd towards incest
>>4453913>>4453923I mean, I guess if it's already an AU with no resemblance to the original, what's one more change? Just gotta create some other barrier. I once saw "Coffee shop AU where Elsa has HIV instead of magic." Do they need to be sisters for that to work?

>elsanna>60k+ words>still sisters if AU>good amount of angst but with a conclusive happy ending>author is literateDoes it exist?
>>4456366Sounded interesting but I wish it was the other way around. I like it better when Elsa's the crazy one/murderer (even if that's a bit of a cliche with fanfic writers)
>>4456688This fic was recommended here a few years ago and was a decent read. Still sisters in a modern-day AU where Anna works at a strip club and Elsa reunites with her after years of no contact, 191k words. Same author has other Elsanna fics but a number of them aren’t set as sistersguilty devotion by reminaissancehttps://archiveofourown.org/works/30618158
Messaging an author on their regular social media about a 4 year abandoned fanfic would be considered rude, or extremely rude? I don't want them to get so mad at me and never finish it, but damn that cliffhanger was shit. This seems to be a curse plaguing every Elsanna fic I like. I doubt they would be very motivated to continue it now of all times, the fandom isn't exactly thriving. Maybe it's better not to ask.
>>4456799I think you'd be better off just posting a comment on the fic about how you enjoy it (without any prodding about updates/continuation). If they're not feeling like writing, I can't imagine getting messaged about the lack of updates would improve that feeling, but maybe people talking about liking the fic might create some motivation.
>>4456799If I was the author, I would find it annoying. One can only assume that there's a good reason why they never finished the fic, whether that's because of writer's block, no longer caring about the fandom, or personal reasons, so, if I was the author, being messaged on social media instead of AO3 would be like going grocery shopping and some rando comes up to me and complains about my lawn. But I also don't use social media at all and have no interest in talking with other people in the fandoms I write and I just posted a fic where one girl pees in front of another girl so maybe I'm the weirdo.
>>4456688>https://archiveofourown.org/works/30618158I really enjoyed Bind Us Together, Lord. Christian Camp counselors AU.

>>4456893>>4456890Is this the one where the mom has just been lying about Anna and the dad? I recall feeling like the writing surrounding that issue was sort of awkward.
>>4456859It's more like if you were minding your own business, peeing at the grocery store, when some rando walks up and says she's your neighbor. Then she blames you for leaving dead spots in her lawn, and demands that you move so she can get to the persimmons. I mean, we've all been there, right?
>>4456724I'll second that one. I was wary of the setting for obvious reasons, but the flashbacks got me hooked and the rest of the story delivered.
>>4456799Comment on the fic instead of harassing them, and take a positive approach like what >>4456820 suggested. That actually worked for me once but not the other countless times I've tried it lol.
>>4456724Thanks, I overlooked this during a cursory scroll through the top kudos'd fics when I saw "strip club" but beggars can't be choosers.>>4456890>>4456893Nice I'll check this one out too.
>>4457012Skipping top kudos fics isn't beggar-behavior, you snob. Grow a pair of tits and give the story a chance on its own terms.
What are some weird/fucked up infamous fanfics obviously written by 4chan users? What I mean is stuff like r9kElsa and https://www.fanfiction.net/s/9913706/7/Ice-on-the-Rhine. Not just stuff written by anons here but the story itself is written for/related to 4chan or author was a shitposter.
>>4457137I don't think there's really much overlap space between "written for 4chan" and yuri. I'm not even really sure what about a yuri fic would read as "obviously written by 4chan users" besides sort of cringe direct references to memes/in-jokes or one of the girls being stereotypically a 4chan user, like r9k Elsa. Or I guess pedophilia or racism.Which isn't to say I'm above reading some Itou Hachi tier fanfic about how 20 something 4chan user Catra keeps posting on an image board about how she wants to diddle the blonde tween who lives next door. It's just I don't think there are all that many fics that fit the criteria you're looking for. The kind of people who write F/F fanfiction tend to be diametrically opposed to the kind of stuff that is identifiably "4chan".
Anyone got any good crossover fics

>>4457843it's not even real incest
>>4458495Please share any good ones you know about, sis. I do seem to remember a small number of decent stories posted on the forums back in the day, but the offerings on ao3 are a wasteland of bad writing and futa porn.
>>4449414>find some great fic>"oh boy I wonder when will the author release the next chapter">orphaned account
>>4458693That's how it is on this bitch of an earth. Time to take the reins.
>>4458693What I've noticed after taking a chance on some of those abandoned fics that are close to completion is that the missing chapters are often an epilogue (or something along those lines) that the author never got around to writing, and the fic as is has a satisfying conclusion. Don't give up on an interesting fic too quickly just because it's at 36/37 chapters and last updated in 2020.
>>4456688>>author is literate>Does it exist?Generally, no.
>>4458746Even most published authors these days verge on illiterate, if we're being real.
This might be a very specific premise but I'm looking for stories about non-sexual forced infantilism with two adult women "adopting" another girl for her own good (it's necessary that they have at least good intentions, although obviously twisted ones). I think I found all the good ones on A03 (Taken, Gentle Touch and In Good Hands, everything else stopped getting updates very early or is a pain to read, even for AO3 standards).
>>4457137>r9kElsaDamn it's been, what, 11 years? A small part of who I am today is because of that fic.
>>4459228Have you considered surgery to remove it?

>>4459300cringe, he's the least interesting character.
>>4459355We agree 100%. Still, the fanbase latched on to him like a lamprey.
>>4457082Top kudos means fuck all in certain fandoms. It may just mean they hit on an idea that went viral when the fandom was at a certain critical stage, not that the fic is in any way competently written or characterised. Currently suffering with this while wading through LWA.
>>4459367>Currently suffering with this while wading through LWA.*War flashbacks*Of all the fandoms I've been actively involved in, LWA was the absolute worst at this. So much shit in the top kudos list
>>4459367this applies to hits, too. I used to gripe that my fics weren't getting hits like others in the fandom until I noticed the popular fics dropped within months of the media they're based on being released. Seems obvious in retrospect. And then you get people who come back to your fic which can reeeaally skew the kudos/views rations. Best thing is to learn that none of that shit really matters wrt quality
Personally I'm autistic enough to go through the whole tag and filter by the characters/pairs I like. For more popular franchises where that's unfeasible a word count filter usually does the trick (at least for long fics I can typically tell in a chapter or two if it's gonna be shit or not).
>>4459428>go through the whole tag and filter by the characters/pairs I likeWhy would you not just browse by pairing instead?
>>4459434I'm relatively open-minded so sometimes I let myself be convinced to ship my fave with someone unexpected.

I think you(?) and I might have had this conversation a couple threads back about Sylvaina, but I think it's much easier for someone who hasn't ever touched warcraft to read some Third War AU fic that is just about "a human from the naval nation" going to "the elf kingdom" than for such a person to read a fic that's just a direct follow up of some specific expansion and referencing canon events and all sorts of secondary characters who are only touched on in brief. An AU fic about Bellatrix being a college professor trying to fuck her student Hermione is gonna be pretty straightforward and pose no problems compared to some post-war HP fic that isn't re-explaining the whole context of the war and how various bits and pieces of the world work.I do still think there's something lost not having the context though. Not that they can't still be enjoyed but I think in the impossible scenario where you could read a fic for the first time twice, once without the source material and once knowing it, that the second would be an at least slightly more enjoyable experience for even well written approachable fics.
>>4465148NTA but after what they did to Sylvannas in WOW and how little context you could get from a couple of missions in W3, that you can watch on Youtube without touching the game, there aren't a lot of things that you need to play/read/watch outside of some wiki page. Maybe I'm outing my age but another example can be watching Mai-Hime to enjoy MaiMikoto fanfics. On the other side I think that you really need to watch some shows like TenTen or Love Live to fully enjoy their fanworks.
I have read all worm parahuman Yuri FICS without having read the orginal story as I'm aware I would not like it. While I understand lose of context from what I did read, you don't lose much in context of reading FICS as different authors have greatly different interpretations of characters without bring refrencial to main story Fanfics are already so removed from main stories that it nearly matters.

The canon events would throw me for a loop. I never even bothered to google them and was like 'oh neat you got a war story in my arranged marriage lesbian romance'.>I do still think there's something lost not having the context though. Not that they can't still be enjoyed but I think in the impossible scenario where you could read a fic for the first time twice, once without the source material and once knowing it, that the second would be an at least slightly more enjoyable experience for even well written approachable fics.I definitely did appreciate some Signalis and Shiznat fics more once I was more familiar with the original work. Made it so I enjoyed re-reading a few fics more.>>4465158>Maybe I'm outing my age but another example can be watching Mai-Hime to enjoy MaiMikoto fanfics. I already gave up my age with the Shiznat stuff lol.Aside: I did read some RE Village stuff without playing or watching the game but I can't seem to stand anything involving Alcina in the main romance or any poly stuff from it. The constant 'pet' comments a lot of authors do is just obnoxious. The ones I did read and enjoy involved romance with one of the three daughters or Mother Miranda.
>>4465158>after what they did to Sylvannas in WOWI think people vastly oversell this. Especially from o/u/r angle, because her being pushed more into villainy (she had already okay'd some pretty horrendous shit long before this point) really just doubles down on lovers to enemies and all the sort of deliciously angsty shit you get in any redemption fic about a person who did genuinely horrible things but had their own flawed perspective about it. I don't think it's a coincidence that BfA is where the ship really got its sails and started putting out all sorts of fics, but I get the frustration.I'd never vehemently argue anyone NEEDS to engage with stuff they don't enjoy to enjoy fics (despite me being the sort of person willing to sit through Supergirl or Riverdale to have the added context for fics) and ultimately, as you've implied, it's all a sliding scale; wiki walks do a lot for familiarizing yourself with a setting, though I do think it's different to read about Silvermoon or Boralus versus actually run around them doing stuff. Although I guess on occasion it might also be counter productive. Liadrin tends to be my least favorite character in Sylvaina fics because I still have a chip on my shoulder over shit she's pulled.>>4465236> I never even bothered to google them and was like 'oh neat you got a war story in my arranged marriage lesbian romance'.This is still wild to me. I'm curious how close your mental model of various things is to the reality. Going in did you at least have general zeitgeist stuff? Like a lot of fics have Tyrande being the one who is still looking to put Sylvanas (back) in the ground and Teldrassil's burning as a major transgression. Did you know Tyrande? Was Teldrassil just some special big tree the night elves slept in? When you hear about "a troll" do you think of the big bridge sort?>The constant 'pet' comments a lot of authors do is just obnoxiousExcessive use of this shit annoys me in Bellamione stuff too.

When you hear about "a troll" do you think of the big bridge sort?I knew some minor stuff just from browsing 4chan for so long and seeing people bitch about WoW's direction. And recognized a lot of people didn't like what they had done to Sylvanas and Jaina's characters later. And I knew Sylvanas had burnt Teldrassil (and Tyrande wanted to kill her for it) which yeah I'm sure it had a lot of significance outside of big tree full of night elves (usually the big tree is how they even exist too in these fantasy universes so I'm sure there is something like them now being a dying people from it) but even in the fics it seems like people just kind of wrote it as never happening to begin with so I never needed to learn it.

>>4464747>Seriously thinking polyamory doesn't develop into a hierarchy where one person gets all the bottoms and pushes the bottoms he/she don't like out of the group.NGMI. Poly is just a girl wanting a better lover, but not wanting to lose the safe option until the better lover is locked down. Also, most of the time the "better lover" in the new poly relationship already has a harem and the girl is just auditioning to join the harem.
>>4465136Is this the power of willful libshit tardation?
>your favorite fanfic is <100,000 wordsI fail to comprehend it
>>4465349This is making me want go on a rant againt for the umpteenth time over the stupidity and failure of Teldrassil in in terms of storytelling in wow. I cheered when it got written out of the show.
>>4465496>no counterargument still>only generic snarky quipsMonogamyfags ain't sendin' their best, I see.
>>4465669There is definitely a sweet spot where most of the best fanfics lie though, something like the 50k to 120k word range. I can hardly think of a single example of a good fic that is hundreds of thousands of words in length.
>>4465836Um actually polyamory is bad because when you got more than one pussy to eat your tongue gets all tuckered out and you got to have a rest more often.
>>4465943Those fics with a wordcount higher than 1M are definitely in another category in the sense of what they want to offer and achieve, where it's usually not about a single pairing interacting and overcoming some personal or intimate issues. That doesn't make them objectively better or worse, though. It depends wholly on what you are looking from a story.A good example would be The Last Angel which has a pivotal lesbian couple and the main cast is almost exclusively female with complicated relatioships, but the focus is on sci-fi and horror and mystery concepts and plots. It's technically good, but not satisfying for /u/ who want the lesbian relationships to be the front and centre. Also, TLA is a chore to read as it's updated, but that's more due to the way the brainlet author has allowed redditors to dictate what gets priority updates through patreon. The story itself is objectively good.
>>4465943Guess it depends on what ends up being good to you personally.https://archiveofourown.org/works/26815408/chapters/65418727https://archiveofourown.org/series/572599 (has hetshit side pairings, especially in the second part)https://archiveofourown.org/works/44051239/chapters/110760379 (I recall some anons not liking the characterization in this)https://archiveofourown.org/works/15942530/chapters/37176248 (writing could be a bit too mid for some people?)https://archiveofourown.org/works/50077501/chapters/126454726https://archiveofourown.org/works/36787480/chapters/91773901 (I admittedly dropped this partway through, not because it was bad, but because I just wasn't in the mood for such a very significant departure from the source at the time, it really reads like its own book rather than fanfiction.)https://archiveofourown.org/works/27299614/chapters/66699406 (like the other one above, potentially writing on the mid side, but I found it to be a very enjoyable pretty fluffy fic.)
https://archiveofourown.org/works/58606822/chapters/149323753Is this not obviously written by AI?>author is ESL yet has perfect grammar, spelling and vocabulary and 1000 colorful metaphors>perspective is constantly changing and characters are referred to by their names before being introduced to the narrator in the scene. This happens in the first chapter>excessive AI wording, I can give lots of specific examples but it only makes sense when you read a lot of it. the usual offenders like lists of 3, "it was not only ...., but ...", overusing the same basic structures throughout, flowery metaphors and comparisons are everywhereI checked the comments to see if anyone else noticed something weird with the writing and every one of them is calling it amazing and beautiful and telling the author they should publish a book. There's no fucking way. I can't be the only one right? It's a shame because I like the concept but reading it is an awful experience when I cringe every 2 sentences.
>>4466229>every one of [the comments] is calling it amazing and beautiful and telling the author they should publish a bookAssume they're bots.
>>4466229I don't know, is this better or worse than the standard ESL slop with inappropriate use of the present tense and an inability to understand perfect tenses? I wish they would all stay in their own lane and stop trying to write stories in a foreign language. They make it harder for the rest of us to find good content on ao3.
>>4466280I don't mind ESL slop as long as it's tagged so I can set my expectations appropriately (and just skip usually lol). I can't imagine many people are into F/F in certain parts of the world.
>>4466229It does feel like there's a significant disconnect between the competency of the dialogue and the longer paragraphs visually describing things. >>4466230I wouldn't go that far, though a lot of the guest comments seem suspiciously close to the user comments, especially in early chapters.>>4466290I don't mind pretty good ESL as long as they don't do stupid shit like using hyphens to mark dialogue.
>>4466280You're probably reading a lot more ESL slop than you realize.
>>4466577Unlikely, ESL slop is pretty easy to spot for any literate native speaker. Obviously the ESLs themselves don't think so, but that's kind of the point, they don't even know what they don't know.
>>4466581>They don't even know what they dont know>Said the slopconsumer while unknowingly consuming even more slop
>>4466583You could always prove us wrong by posting your own fics and letting us judge for ourselves?
>>4466592>nooo I need to know in advance which fics are written by ESL and which are not so that I know which fics to performatively hate on, nitpick and pretend are badly written>b-but we can always tell, trust me sis!
>>4466830I accept your concession.

>>4467303Normally I would agree, but in this case they traded incest for (slightly underage) student-teacher so I don't mind recommending it.
Anyone watched the new season of Wednesday yet? What a disappointment. Terrible writing (I wouldn't be surprised if you told me that the script was generated by an intern feeding an AI prompts) and mediocre acting from everyone but Wednesday and Enid. The cherry on top is that they couldn't even do us the courtesy of resolving Enid's storyline, we just get a multi-year cliffhanger instead. The wenclair moments were still good, but that's the only reason to watch the show. Now the question is, will this galvanize the fanfic community to write more fics in order to make up for the deficits of the show, or is it going to dampen enthusiasm?
>>4467356Oh.Acceptable.
>>4467461>will this galvanize the fanfic community to write more fics in order to make up for the deficits of the showThat.I remember when GoT's last season was airing, especially the finale. I call it the night of a thousand fix it fics, because i swear i woke up the next day and the fandom fic count on FFN had increased by 1,000.
