New charts have been made over the years, but it requires a mod to change them in the sticky.

When 4chan went down earlier in the year, a lit of threads had to be remade, and the sticky is one of them. The mod simply copy pasted the text and used the same images from the thread as it has been for years
It could have been a chance to update it or remove it, but in the end we still have that outdated thread

Reminder that a decade ago was actually 2015. The anime chart probably dates from around 2012 and what’s on it was basically everything that existed at the time, some of which I think was grandfathered in from an even older chart. It caused arguments even at the time.
