The 1348 Ex Voto demo is up.

The opening scene is the player character and the friend just jokingly representing LE' morte d'Arthur; nothing really gay about it (trailers out of context as usual) or about their (very, very brief) interaction after the tutorial you should write off this one.

Sad thing is the grifttubers and their ilk will be saying "Go woke, go broke", while ignoring the fact that it isn't a good game in general. Even if the protag was a male, the game would still be 'meh'.
Mind you, if BG3's success is anything to go by a game is only "woke" when it fails. But why let facts get in the way of creating a good narrative, eh?

The stuff you do to post here. Installed a third. Captcha still broken on first even after reboot. However, there is mostly nothing left to add for Yuri Island. Accept an almost empty cheat sheet for those interested what to give and my opinion on how much I hate this game.
It's addicting. It's going to ruin my live in it's addictive "hihi funny number go up" gameplay for the next few weeks. And what's really annoying is the forced interaction with the dudes to get through some quests. Not appreciated. And those mails? Straight to trash.
The girls? Adorable.
Stella is a singer and the owner of a Petshop in the city further up.
Alex is sometimes at Stella's place to look at the pets when she isn't down by her own furniture shop building random stuff.
Lunelle is a book nerd and owns a clothing store near the center.
Neona has her carshop by the coast.
Solara is the mayors lil' daughter and almost always busy at the office next to the playground.
Zerine is right across the bridge in her store or in her apartment in the back.
Serena owns a hair salon in the same street as Stella.
Matilda runs around usually in the center.
Hattie is spotted near the beach as well as Charlene near the lighthouse.
They roam a lot at certain times. But I believe they normally go back to their respective shops in the evening.
However, beware of Pastelle. She sometimes just stares at a tree near her animal farm. Absolutely fishy behaviour. Don't want to know what or who is buried there.
You also can take photos of two cute female tourists posing together and get a free photo frame along the way. How precious is that?
Now if you excuse me, I have to build another Yo-Yo and find best girl.
>>
>>4530790
Just wanted to add that there's a new episode out for Scarlett Hollow which has a femc option with the possibility of romance. It may not be to everyone's liking but I enjoy it a lot.
>>
>>4530889
Still subjective, because what someone dislikes might very well be something someone else likes.
>>
>>4530978
There's still enough grifters who call BG3 woke slop, but those are generally audience captured and are most likely gnashing their teeth that a 'woke' game was such a success.

>>

I generally dont hate interacting with nale NPCs, because it makes the world more lively (would be better if it was all women of course, but alas). It only get annoying if they force flirty banter on femC.
>>
>>4531028
I think they stretched themselves too thin because they were also doing Slay the Princess (which I still desperately wish was yuri) and that seemed to take their primary focus. So hopefully they're focused entirely on wrapping this thing up, I'm really curious where it'll all end.
>>
>>4531027
The only correct point he had was, would we be willing to drudge through it to get to the yuri. At a minimum we should be demanding a good game (sorry Crymachina and Samurai Maiden). The rest of his point can fuck off frankly. Like they are specifically pandering to /u/ it's been established over and over again that o/u/r market share (compared to BL) is almost nill and we keep the genre alive through our autism and consistent merch buying

It's a totally cute game as of now. I got definitely my money worth just for the scope and possibilities on that little island. And yes, there are spots that seem barren if you stray to far from the most popular paths. And yes, there are spots you can go out of bounds and jump into the abyss. You for sure can't swim past a certain point in the ocean. And at first the game lagged and pop-ups didn't show up. There are also glitchy NPCs and the bugged fighting system. But all of that is expected in EA games. And I do like adorable jank. And adorable jank paired with that kind of gameplay is my kryptonite. And honestly, there are some bugs I don't want fixed.
They are probably adding more expensive customisation in the future such as clothing, make-up, furniture and the like (see first day DLC). Can't see them adding a new LI option. It'd be a pleasant surprise if they did. This will also cost money when it happens. Right now I'd wish for the option to customise the girls a bit. Have them wear something different. Offer them some clothing. Summer is almost over and Winter is coming. Some might catch a cold if they still run around like that.

>>4531012
No.

>>4531015
I don't see any.

>>4531029
Me neither but right now I just speedclick their dialogue to the point I have to look up the quest in my journal. Time is precious. It's also possible that there is nothing but those guys trying really hard and you dodging the primal ingrained gamer instinct to click that Chat or Interact option. However, finishing their quests gives them affection towards you. And 'tis concerning. On the other hand, you sometimes get extra affection in combination with the girls because they need the stuff you create for the quest. This brings joy.

If you are actuall genuine, which would be somehow more pathetic, you should start realizing that your preferences and opinions dont matter to anyone. Your constant attempts to dismiss yuri games because of your irrelevant standards make you nothing but a /v/tard lite loser nobody takes seriously.
People can enjoy games you dont. Your tastes couldnt be more unimportant.

>Your tastes couldnt be more unimportant.
I'm not the one defending Ex Voto.

Enjoy your borderline unplayable jank, I guess.
>>
>>4531075
It really eats at you that nobody gives a shit about your tastes, doesnt it? Good. Keep seething in your head. But stop your boring bait posts. You and the other anon (who is very likely just you samefagging) have been trying really unsuccessfully for so many goddamn threads to always frame it like yuri fans dont like any of the games they are playing and that we all buy and play garbage for crumbs of yuri.

Get your /v/tarded narratives out of these threads. They are tired and inane. I only play games I enjoy and so does everyone else. Curb your autism and give it up. Permanently.

Samurai Maiden and Crymachina are good games to the people who enjoy them. And if someone likes Ex Voto when it comes out you can shut the fuck up and accept it. Your standards will never apply to me or anyone else.

I'm sorry, I don't know. Adding additional LIs this way would be amazing tho. I can't wait for the saint that mods that everyone can be persuade. Also there is the allegedly promised co-op part. Great for couples if they also add the moving-in option with your partner. Many possibilities. Also if there is a way to romance all there might be a way to add more for people that prefer a harem lifestyle. This game has a lot of imaginary potential.

When you build the trains station in the game, some folks from Portia and Sandrock come and join the Island. I personally was way too late to get Ginger from Portia in summer. And a guide says Nia from Sandrock joins in autumn.
>>
>>4530878
Just tried it. It was ocassionally a bit janky in the dialogue animation. But voice over is good. I like the protagonist, slay girl!

Definitely nice environment, felt pretty good in the town (euro here, with some knowledge of history etc), although the tutorial run to to it was a bit funny (here's a tree over the road and funny stone steps - just like in Hogwarts Legacy heh). Or wood plank pathways you got to navigate across, yeah that was lazy gameism. But I'd say the historical props are decent in the game.

I sucked enormously in the combat, my 22 years old mouse has bad keys which seem to be the most critical control and I'm super bad with action games (I don't expect to be able to coordinate with the alt-based dodging haha).

It's a short 10 gig demo so no harm in trying it to get a look.

This is the source for my current knowledge.

https://www.neonlightsmedia.com/blog/starsand-island-portia-sandrock-crossover-guide

And yes, I only mentioned the female options. However, apparently they do come in pairs.
Nia is supposedly found at the train station without a arrival notification in autumn. Can't confirm. Checked on Aut 5th in the evening. And they are all still running around in their summer wear. It's madness.
Even Solara mentioned it getting cooler. And yet she is running around as if she was posing for hot farmers wives 2026 calendar edition.
If any dev is reading this: Please, give them some appropriate clothes. I don't think I have that many mushrooms to gift them as a warm soup.

Did anyone here check out Cradle of Nightmare? English patch came out a couple days ago, occasionally wonky phrases but it's better than the previous unfinished one:
https://all-bones-jones.itch.io/cradle-of-nightmare?download
Haven't gone very far in yet but the scenes I've seen are heavy on yuri fluff. The plot is about a kuudere tomboy chasing after her childhood friend in China's fear & hunger. Mind you, I wasn't expecting this grimdark game to be /u/ but so far the stakes strongly suggest so.

Sure, just wanted to know if any anon had already played it to confirm or deny my guess. These types of games usually have multiple routes which means it's easy to get hardlocked out of the good stuff when playing blind, so I'm proceeding rather slowly to keep tabs of the unsolved puzzles.
>>
Quick update for this game. This game is probably a core memory for me right now. Visuals, stories, gameplay and the subsequently build up to the yuri are all nice and important but if the audio is just an after thought or background noise I don't really consider the game to be anything spectacular. But the OST of the game just blew me away. And because this kind of music just tingles my brain the right way, I'll make this everyone's problem and hopefully reel in the last few.

>Yi Ji Hou Wu Ceng
https://youtu.be/6ki1WgXjnwI?si=psx2ljRXIN_gzWUb&t=1942

IMHO, a good OST is important for any game and if I had the chance to pay for that particular track I definitely would. No questions asked. My wallet is open devs. Let me give the composer some money.
If this hasn't convinced you yet to buy the game or at least give this amalgamation of a game at least a try for the next 2h I don't know what will.

3 out of 4 female options (the better ones) can be romanced with both genders. The non-viable on is easily overiden with toybox, of course (also allows to play through with multi romances). No exclusively yuri romance a la DAI, although there is exclusive male homosexual romance.

You play WOTR because you like RPGs, not particularly for yuri. It doesn't have talking heads, for example.
>>
>>4531576
>succubus whore
While we are on the topic, she's cute and it's a nice story, but I think it is not such a banger. I think the highest point was the anticipation before you actually meet her (Lost Chappel). The actual wooing and romance could be done better I think.

The other two have dialogue that really thought was great, particularly the monstrous girl. Basically must to romance for her own good, but getting the best outcomes can be tricky, I admit I've read the guides. I found the the "G" romance compelling too, although players tend to hate t he character.
I didn't have the last carneval DLC but I checked here dialogue on youtube and that was nice.

Monster girl gas the best voice lines.
If you aren't going to play it multiple times, I'd cheat to get all the romances. If you are gonna, I guess you can do the spider last and read guides since spoilers won't be such a problem.

This publisher released other yuri VNs before. Not exactly the greatest quality stuff, but this stylized psychological thing is their vibe, so that explains it. Fox girl romances are rare, so I'll keep an eye on it.

https://store.steampowered.com/app/3875410/Blooming_Suspicion/
You can select your protagonist's pronouns and there is one female romance option.

https://store.steampowered.com/app/4129770/Dream_about_yoU/
Surreal cyberspace mystery love story(?) where you can pick the gender of both the protag and their love interest. Thus yuri is made.

Was literally part of the Yuri Games Festival. so I got a good feeling about it. No English language support tho.

Highly implied yuri content:

Female protag, LGBT tag, romance is already confirmed. Just not who the romance options are as far as I can see. Seems like a no-brainer, but as it's not literally confirmed I'll put it here.

https://store.steampowered.com/app/4133020/Echoes_From_The_Soul/
Janky looking Metroidvania with selectable protag gender. Here is the thing, it starts with a wedding and then descends into madness. It's not super clear, but it seems like regardless of protag gender, the spouse is always a woman. Unfortunately the whole plot seems to be about how things are not as they seem and some mindfuck, so don't expect a happy wedding in the end I guess.

https://store.steampowered.com/app/3066680/Solar_Voltage/
"The motivating power of two girls kissing." Need I say more? Yes, I do. This if furry stuff, so expect the unexpected. Aside from that one line on the game page, there is little indicating romance. It is an isometric platformer though, which is pretty underrepresented in the yuri scene.

You can select the protag's gender (I think) and all the party members you can revive seem to be women. As the whole game revolves around following their "routes" potential for romance exists. The only "Roguelite Deckbuilder" that seems even remotely relevant at least.

Confirmed Yuri Content:

https://store.steampowered.com/app/3909970/DeCoDiaryvolume_1___Atheohood/
A "yuri-themed visual novel" by a Chinese dev who clearly does not speak English. Seems to be mystery/horror themed, but this is just episode 1, so who knows where it will go?

https://store.steampowered.com/app/3596380/The_Guiding_Spirit/
A CYOA RPG where you intricately make your party of characters who then act on their own and you see their story unfold. They can romance each other, which if you got an all female party will be pretty yuri, but as you can't directly influence that it's more up to chance. There seem to be key moments where you can affect the story directly though.

Highly Implied Yuri Content:

https://store.steampowered.com/app/3816020/_/
The Sjourning Wise Woman's Final Quest, seems to be a VN with yuri. Even though the synopsis only ever uses the word friendship, somehow these CGs don't give me the most platonic impression! AI art is used and it's kinda apparent, but it's got an English translation at least.

Potential Yuri Content:

https://store.steampowered.com/app/3319380/GEMINI_SYNDRXME
It's a VN about twin sisters, where one is a mentally ill shut-in whose only meaning in life is her sister, while the other is an extrovert who has many friends. Yandere things ensue. But it doesn't mention romance, so I'd be cautious. It's also a remake, but I don't know the original.

https://store.steampowered.com/app/3965050/Chrysanthemum_On_the_Way_to_Sweet_Dreams/
Another otome game with a token yuri route... or is it? The female friend being put so front and center and having a "secret that could destroy her relationship" with protag sounds pretty suspicious. Best case she is gay and hiding it, worst case it's a crossdressing guy.
>>
>>4532089
Confirmed Yuri Content:

https://store.steampowered.com/app/3952390/Hero_of_Sunset/
Hero of Sunset is a yuri JRPG. 5 love interests. Pretty gayforward.

https://store.steampowered.com/app/2190700/Altered_Alma/
This was a kickstarter a while ago, now it's an upcoming release. Big action platformer with incredible animation and a female protag who can date women. Cool.

Potential Yuri Content:

https://store.steampowered.com/app/2654990/Mythic_Love_Iberian_Legends/
There are female romance options... but the game page says nothing about the protagonist's gender. Considering the the majority of romance options are male though, I assume it's a female protagonist. Or a self-insert without a defined gender.

https://store.steampowered.com/app/4056490/Convent_Chronicles_Revelation/
AI art garbage. But it's not for me to judge whether people want to play it anyway. This has a lot of yuri implications in the featured CGs and the synopis mentions love as an aspect of the plot. These are a bunch of nuns, so I expect at least something gay to be going on.

Hope for the best:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/4017820/The_Angels_Devil_Tail__One_More_Question_2/
So this is a word game where you change outcomes in short stories. But more importantly its all framed around a hub world where the female protag ineracts with the hosts, who are both called "Eve". The only indication of yuri is a little bit of teasing here and there between Bandage Girl and the Eves. Exceptionally flimsy I know.

Some known glitches involve the translation rarely clipping a word out of the text box, but imo overall readability had more hits than misses. Somehow I didn't struggle too much to understand the convoluted plot because sentences were likely revised for relevant scenes. Wouldn't say it's a great translation because its sentence structure sounds hardly optimal, but it's serviceable enough to understand what's going on most of the time, and that's quite a feat here.

As for the official english translation, it's still halfway there according to the developer, who's admittedly interested in continuing further grimdark /u/ rpgmaker projects down the line provided there's enough acknowledgement. But really, don't go in expecting an easy mood. The setting is cold and oppressive for the most part. If you ever wanted to play BS/F&H through the lens of a blunt schoolgirl protagonist, then go play this.

>>4532262

It tells me everything I need to know about your retarded brain defect that you can only swing between either SoL fluff or guro grimdark autism. >>4532276

This is quite the idiosyncratic framing. It seems you're still doubting me for whatever reason even after I provided my honest testimony and a spoiler pic, so I can only tell you to watch the endings on YouTube and get the conclusive answers you want first-hand.
>>
>>4532293
You gave no testimony whatsoever? When I asked you if it has yuri you deflected. And in that post I replied to you just waffled on about the translation and how if you want Fear & Hunger but with a high school girl protag this game is for you. Which again, reveals nothing about its yuri content.
You absolute reluctance to admit, even in a spoiler, that there is yuri means this must be subtext at most and you are trying to talk around it so you can pretend it's on-topic.

Dear Selective Blamer, I already reiterated that game as "/u/ rpgmaker" earlier, but apparently that simple confirmation (plus the picture) wasn't enough to meet requirements, so I had to follow up with spoiling endings to prove it to the scrutinizer. Now, what's the point of to continuing this argument past-goalpost? Do you really want to dig some sort of semantic compensation here? That's enough.

How about we call games that neither someone can definitely proof as yuri (on-screen scissoring) or another one can definitely claim it's non-yuri (male intervention / no lovey-dovey stuff between the girls like hand-holding or blushing glances, etc.) "Schrödinger's Lesbians"?
It's well know by now that we most of the time can't all agree if something is explicit yuri. So how about a compromise?
With "Schrödinger's Lesbian" those that want explicit can just avoid it and those that can bear subtext can enjoy it. Even though I like the debates some feel rather unecessary, imho. Just a thought.

So somehow, under everyone's radar, there has been a Pokemon romhack series about lesbians (and catching girls/morphable Pokemon) for literal years.
Pokemon Girls Hunter. Now I won't lie, the writing is trash, but the sprites are good and it's horny in a really fun way. And it's based on Fire Red so it has good basics. This is seriously weird... Jannies barely do anything at all on /u/ and now we suddenly get deleted for basically nothing. I can only assume some chink got handed the reigns and is now doing the usual chink strategy of blowing up anything that remotely opposes chink media.
It's not like I hate Noctuary, it just isn't a full on yuri game. The devs were cowards who refused to make it explicit to appease the CCP preemptively.

It's a shame, because a lot of Chinese devs are using inbetween companies to circumvent censorship these days. Imagine if games like Nocturary would actually go all the way. We would be getting a lot more stuff to work with.

Though I agree that we got plenty of new yuri games at an increasing rate every year.

>Blue Reflection
And I've read people here claiming it's not yuri because it's not explicit. And don't you even dare to mention the gacha. It's akin to opening the gates of hell. So there is that. It's just a suggestion for a label you can put on a couple with neither a confirmed nor non-confirmed relationship status. It's not supposed to discourage discussions about a game but rather offering a middle ground. I don't expect for anyone to instantly either agree or disagree with you when you label a game having "Schrödinger's Lesbians". That's not even how this is supposed to work. Depending on the view on the game someone might think you mad not seeing a clear couple or claims you have your Goggles on to tight. However, in this game someone sees something that is worth mentioning. And not everyone needs to be spoonfed on love or romantic notions. Some can read between the lines and see the signs. It's not illegal to ship. And as rule two women with great chemistry together should always be assumed to be a couple. They just either don't know it yet or didn't exactly confirm it on screen.

>>4532709
Nee-san, it was meant as a dramatisation for the constant nagging for something more than subtext in these threads. But you can also help to define the label as it is intended.
>>
>>4532978
Sigh... you fucking dumbass. Nobody here struggles with understanding what yuri games are explicit and which are subtext. The problem has always been that subtextfags dont CARE if the yuri is explicit. You are trying to find a solution for a problem that doesnt exist. You are just retardedly trying to make a broader term for two things that are already perfectly defined.

Your entire rant there perfectly proves what you are. A subtextfag who projects yuri on things that are not explicitely yuri and pretends that makes them actually yuri. And you seem entirely uneducated on yuri games to begin with or you would have understood the point the other anon made. FLOWERS is an explicit yuri VN series. Blue Reflection 1 has no actual yuri in it. Like not even subtext.
Maybe lurk a few months and come back when you actually played some yuri games.
>>
>>4532980
>perfectly defined
That's the point. Glad you noticed. A gold star for you.
>>
>>4532978
This thread is for explicit yuri games. Not subtext. That's basically it.
You can post your explicit yuri fanart or fanfics for non-yuri games. You can tell us your delusions about why you think a certain not-real-pairings in a game would make a perfect yuri couple (lots of people did that for Silksong). Just don't talk about the actual off-topic games here. Don't act oblivious to what the real problem is. "Undefined relationships" where you "can't prove two girls are together or not together" don't exist. If you can't prove two girls are a couple or romantically in love that means they aren't. This is a not-yuri until proven otherwise board. You can project, you can make fanfics from your headcanon, but those don't mean the source material is relevant to this board or thread.
Obviously there are plenty of yuri stories where you don't need the narrator to tell you "these two are dating". But usually there has to be any other explicit confirmation. A kiss. A love confession. Sex. Calling each other girlfriends. Wedding. A fucking relationship status on a stat screen. Any of these would suffice. If a game cannot reach this very low bar, it's not worth this board's time.

>>4532983
No. You are trying to literally make a tag/term for something being UNDEFINED, even though that doesn't exist. This is a binary situation. There is no mysterious third option.
>>
>>4532984
>make a tag/term for something being UNDEFINED
Yes. Absolutely. That is also the whole point. I've read the current little debate above, the disagreements of threads in the past and those yet to be posted. Whereas I'd personally see yuri even in the smallest of crumbs, some do not and I respect their view. However, more often than not those that disagree get [Deleted] (there is another example in this very thread). And I personally don't like that. Shouldn't we respect both sides?

I'm thankful for you that you gave some examples for your definition. What about VNs with only a female cast? They have great chemistry together. They enjoy everything about each other. The most they do is hug and blush. That's it. But there are the devs putting those adorable stories out there. With no male in mind. Just two cute girls being cute with each other. Is this not worth mentioning? Are they not gay in your mind?
>>

>>
>>4532991
>more often than not those that disagree get [Deleted]
That is not true and never has been the case. You are literally making this up based on something that just happened for the first time. Sometimes off-topic game discussion gets deleted (as it should), because there is literally no yuri. But very rarely do people get deleted for merely projecting yuri on something. And nobody ever gets deleted for rightfully pointing out a game has no yuri.
>shouldn't we respect both sides
No. If you come to a coffee shop and ask for soup you are at the wrong shop. Or if that goes over your head, nobody wants subtext coffee. You either want coffee or you don't. You don't imagine the taste of coffee in water with brown food coloring.
>what about VNs with an all-female cast
Who gives a shit? If it's not yuri it's irrelevant. This has been said many times before, but this isn't the all-female cast or female protagonist thread. Neither of those things automatically equate to yuri.
You seem to be incapable of understanding what yuribaiting is.

>And nobody ever gets deleted for rightfully pointing out a game has no yuri.
Definitely not true. I've seen discussions vanish because someone raged too hard on a game not having enough evidence for yuri. Until all that is left is the first post of the game.
>coffee shop & soup
Wrong analogy and totally missing the point. Nobody orders soup in a coffee shop.
Instead, try imagining yourself as a server in a coffee shop observing two female guests ordering a coffee together. They are sitting right next to each other and laugh together. Occasionally they brush hands, rub shoulders and blush. Then they leave.
>Neither of those things automatically equate to yuri.
But neither does it not potentially equate to yuri. And your opinion on what is considered bait and what isn't might not be shared with everyone. Some people are willing to watch and pay for cute girls being cute with each other without the explicit need to confirm anything.
>>
Here's a good joke: being a wanna-be mod on a slow board's game thread.
>>
>>4533010
No, my analogy was correct. You don't go to the yuri game thread to shill games without yuri. Period. Subtext isn't yuri, just like how subtext coffee isn't coffee.
>not potentially yuri
Irrelevant. Unless they are actually yuri, they are not relevant to the topic of this thread. Otherwise people can just discuss het games here, because they can imagine that the het women in it actually want to break up with their male partners and hook up with each other. You are just using very bad semantics.
>some people here are fine with non-yuri content
Good for them. There are about two dozen boards on this site where they can get their fill of that. /u/ is not one of those boards. This thread is not one of those threads. It's like nobody here reads the first rule of /u/, which explicitely state only yuri content (romance or sex between two or more girls) can be discussed. Or the very OP of this thread which states this is a thread about discussion of games wgucg contain YURI CONTENT.

If you are this desperate you can make a new thread titled "imaginary yuri game thread" in which you can exclusively talk about games that don't have yuri, but you really like to imagine they do. Maybe the mods won't delete it. Good luck.
>>
>>4533015
>Subtext isn't yuri, just like how subtext coffee isn't coffee.
Wow. Arguing with someone on this level of intelligence is a waste of time and then some.
>>
>>4533015
There's plenty of subtext discussion in this very thread that weren't deleted, there's been innumerous discussions about subtext games in the history of those threads that weren't deleted, there's also an anon bringing up a game about a trap murdering and raping a lesbian pair in
>>4531879
and nothing. You keep acting like the mods have your back, and they don't. Most of the time they just delete post chains that just start sounds like personal vendettas, and they delete everything around it, even when the topic is actual yuri at times.
>>
>>4533017
It's the opposite. I needed to go this loq IQ for someone of your low intelligence to understand it.

>>4533018
The discussions are either about how those people think it's yuri (usually wrong), how they ship the girls in it or ranting about how retarded the devs are for not going full yuri. Stop your distractions and deflections already.
>bringing up a game about a trap murdering and raping a lesbian pair
I reported it. Not my fault if the mods are too lazy to do their job. Maybe instead of tolerating and comparing yourself to such a freak you could do your job and report it too.

Also the mods have consistently deleted off-topic games all the time. This is also a fact. Now stop making this about the moderation and address the reality you want to avoid. That both the rules and the topic of this thread do not align with your anti-yuri agenda.
>>
>>4533002
Holy cow how new are you
>>
>>4533015
>No, my analogy was correct.
Agree to disagree. But trying to stay on your "analogy". Coffee contains caffeine. Let's say coffee is the game and caffeine is yuri. We can agree that not all coffee has caffeine but there is a ton of supplements in different dosages for caffeine. On this example, you can take a pill for the same effect. The "game" is different but you consume "yuri".
>shill games without yuri
>discuss het games here
>non-yuri content
Are you actively trying to divert from my initial suggestion? I also mentioned that it should be without male intervention and yet you are bringing them up anyway. Please don't go there. This was never the point.
>romance between two or more girls
And we are back again. Therein lies the problem. Many eyes observe romance in many different ways. Hand-holding has been a running joke for implied sex in yuri longer than probably the internet even existed and now flooded with content it's considered insufficient. We are spoiled and in need of constant validation it seems.
>>
>>4533029
No. Your analogy is bad, because you twist it to suit your messed up semantics. This is a binary question. It's coffee or it's not coffee. I don't care what brand or kind, the actual comparison here is between coffee and soda. Coffee and plain water. Coffee and milk. You are trying to give me soda when I asked for coffee and tell me to pretend because the soda is brown to just imagine that it is coffee.
>don't bring up males
I have to use this extreme to illucidate why your entire premise is bad. It's all the same thing, just with varying degrees of bad. There is actually zero different between a het harem game and a female protag action game with no romance as far as the yuri content is concerned. Yuri = 1. Everything else = 0. There are no intervals between 0 and 1 in this case. It's just either or. You try to pretend you can be 0.23 yuri, but that is still just 0.
Nobody is saying that there aren't games that are more yuri friendly, as far as imagination goes, but that is hardly relevant. Sure I would rather play an all-female cast game than one with a dude in it, but the reality is that a game that has actual yuri, but also contains a male party member is infinitely more relevant than an all-female cast game without yuri.
How fucking hard can this be to comprehend? Does the game feature explicit yuri in any way? You can talk about it (just not the off-topic parts like het romance options etc.). Does it not? Keep it to yourself.
>peOple ObSeRvE RomanCE diffErently
No they do the fuck not. The reason the term subtext exists is because people can tell apart what is textual and subtextual. Some people are satisfied with subtext, which does not equate to them thinking it is explicit romance.
>hand-holding meme
You understand what a joke is and why this shit doesn't actually get used as a real standard for romance and yuri? And yet you still thought this retarded point needed to be made? Am I arguing with a toddler?

THAT. IS. NOT. YURI.
I don't care if someone enjoys that, it is not RELEVANT to this fucking board. Some people like to stare at a girl's feet and masturbate to it, so am I now forced to accept people who post solo pics of girls feet while going on about how hot that is to them? No, that is waifufaggism and doesnt belong here. If you need to bring your retarded fetishes and off-topic preferences in here, wrap them in yuri at least. Two girls sucking each other's toes sexually is on topic, even if I wish it wasn't. Get to the bare minimum.

>Legends of Savvarah: Flowers and Scorpions
Playing this vn feels like reading a fantasy series starting from the third book.
The protagonist is given superpowers by her god (which also gives him the ability to kill her at any time) and the characters keep talking about enacting the gods will but we never learn what that actually means?
You would think that a game about cultists would spend at least some time explaining what is their dogma, but I guess dev had other priorities.
And it's super short, so it's hard to get invested. Also the series of choices required to get together with the /u/ love interest are an example of insane moon logic.

If the game was an hour longer and the ending unfucked, I could see myself really liking it. But as it stands it's just kinda meh...

Yeah they are all like that. neat to have the yuri in there, but it's only gonna be worth it if you care about the lore and story itself. I just mentioned the other games to explain why the latest just expects you to be familiar with some lore.
>>
>>4534116
I think that's pretty much any game that doesn't focus purely on the yuri aspect. Stuff like WOTR or Rogue Trader is a pretty hard sell if you're not into the genre and/or lore. Especially the latter.
>>
>>4534218
I don't think that's quite the same. You can experience basically mosrt of a game's major content in most regular games, no matter what love interest you pick. In VNs, most of the time picking a love interest means picking a route, so content is literally locked behind going for all love interests.
If I play an Otome game with a single yuri route, I will miss 80% of the entire game's meaningful content if I just do the token yuri route.
If I play Wotr I can experience all major routes (that allow romance) with a female love interest. I dont really miss plot points or major routes (outside of garbage like Lich and Swarm, which just arent compatible with romance).
>>
>>4534224
There aren't exactly very many Yuri VNs with routes, are there? I can only really point to the Nurse Love games.

>If I play Wotr I can experience all major routes (that allow romance) with a female love interest. I dont really miss plot points or major routes.

Technically, you miss out on something like evil Arueshalae. But I'd still argue that suggesting someone to play it for yuri is a pretty huge ask given the sheer time investment and lots of other slog that the game comes with.
>>
>>4534228
>There aren't exactly very many Yuri VNs with routes, are there?
There are plenty. How new are you...?
>You miss out on evil Arue
No I don't. You can corrupt her as a female KC too.
>>
>>4534236
This isn't about me being new and more so about me not especially liking VNs because a lot of them I saw peddled around here in the past were largely better kinetic novels that had multiple endings, not multiple love interests. So I frankly stopped paying attention. Besides, the constant fighting in here makes it really hard to keep up.

>No I don't. You can corrupt her as a female KC too.
You can. But not really in a single playthrough.

Sounds like a lot of excuses to me. Some of the most will known yuri VNs have multiple routes/endings and get mentioned here constantly.
And why exactly would you stop paying attention if VNs dont have multiple routes? ADHD?

Every time I think I've seen most stuff in this game more comes around.
Robin's adorable.
Somehow I've worn that bitch Whitney down to the point where she wants date femc.
Aside from the massive Avery glow-up they also basically completely overhauled Gwylan, the forest shop owner, who is now a witch who is part fox-girl and has connections to all the old occult shit in town and who can become a secret love interest if you follow her questline properly. She's a hag, yet also a cutie. The best. Also she found out that I'm using lewd fluids to make the cream buns at the cafe and she not only kept the secret she still keeps buying them while blushing.

Also somehow I never did any stuff at the docks so I only now found out there is a hot lady with a cat suit and a gun who you can have some femme fatale interactions with??

This shit is shaping up to be the best sandbox game of all time. Can't wait for the Whitney and Black Wolf updates soon.

So thankfully they do actually change clothes for the season. However, there are definitely some with more spending powers than others. And I have to revise the statement where Charlene can be found. She is the owner of the coffee shop at the corner on the right side when entering the centre of the city. The lighthouse connection must have been a bad mushroom trip. It's deemed a heresy that best girl is not in a thick onesie or at least wears a scarf, a hat and a jacket. Game still has a lot of bugs and those quests. Those girls aim to make you poor on materials. As a suggestion for anybody playing this. Let your bot eternally run the fabric territory. Charcoal is essential for basically anything.

Tried out this one with the R18 patch. No futa when breeding, they use strapons instead. And choosing which to use is part of how you breed stronger versions. Though I'm only at the 2nd island so I haven't delved into it beyond what the tutorial asked me to do. The other R18 stuff that I've seen so far is when they do research at a temple by having the researcher fucking the subject. That and typical nudity stuff. Frankly while the CGs are nice and all, with different ones depending on the combos you use, it really feels more like a game with R18 than R18 with a game.

It's basically an anno/darkest dungeon/pokemon hybrid. And a colonization sim I guess...

I actually like the combat, no RNG is pretty sweet. That and the perma buffs so I don't have to keep refreshing the fucking thing. Perma debuffs and perma DoTs otoh...
There is also an arousal mechanic, but I'm not deep enough to understand it, it just seems like a debuff so far. Though I've just been using the starter human party, I haven't yet incorporated the locals into my team.

City building is painful for me, what with the 2 person per house limit. And the so far limited building space. A lot of rp potential though, like you can put them in the same house, breed with each other at the breeding center. Though you can't like make a family home, unless that's a later house upgrade. So their offspring needs their own home. Note they don't grow or w/e, they pop out fully grown.
Then you also need to take care of their needs, because you need their housing upgraded to unlock new researches. That's a pain. Because while you can tell them where to stay, I don't think you can limit their consumption.
But well, if you like anno but yuri, this is good enough.

Not sure if they have a story though, like 2 of your starter chars have a default though changeable name, look and backstory. In contrast to the other 3 random mercs.

Interesting tidbit, no males, but they are all still marked as girl anyway.

The game is reportedly affiliated with Seasun, a subsidiary of the Chinese corporation Kingsoft; the developers apparently received some of their funding from them, and the game client also appears to connect to Seasun-owned web locations while running. Between that, its predictable plugging of Chinese themes, and a fair bit of in-game signage retaining its original Chinese text, well...

Regardless of its origin, the game's /u/ factor has proven quite weak thus far. In its current form I find it to be a rather hard sell, even without its controversies.

>Serena spends a lot of time in her (locked) house
With enough finagling, you can use the hoverboard to break into peoples' houses. It is capable of glitching you through walls. I used it regularly to enter Ginger's home and have done it with Serena as well. (Once inside, you will have to use the Unstuck command to leave.)

So I see those Fear Effect games are on Steam and Hella Yuri recommends the second one. However I was always under the impression these games were fake yuri, that the ladies would be all over each other but the second a man shows up they would go to him, is this the case?
>>
>>4535567
Yeah the dev confirmed that there are absolutely no males in this game. They all live in the Empire which you at most trade with over an ocean of distance. This is a game that's part of a trilogy which all take place on the same world map, but the other two games do have males. But there is basically no plot to consider beyond the main girls backstory. You just decide how to run your colony.

And yeah, this isnt a porn game, this is a game first with aome sexual content as a bonus. Still great to have a very competent city builder/RPG hybrid like this.

They are literally girlfriends in the second and third game. It's not really debatable. They are definitely bisluts, but that's the least of your worries. The second and third game are pretty rough, mostly due to being rushed out, then made by a different team and generally very buggy.

Still, a historical footnote for yuri in games that should be remembered.

You say weak but my yuri senses are constantly tingling.
We have those two tourists girlfriends always ready for a photo op.
We have Alex repeatedly lurking in Stella's shop for probably nefarious reasons.
We have Stella and Serena often complimenting each other when you talk to them.
We have tsundere Neona not being able to admit her feelings and who visits Zerine frequently.
We have Solara keeping the FemMC in her mind.
We have a picture of Solara and Serena rather gayly drinking together and there is also the short movie with them on a picnic trip.
We have Lunelle luring all the girls with her "stitching" and "knitting" classes.
And we finally have the Yo-Yo confirming FemMC is absolutely and without a doubt mega gay.
I'm the kind of idiot that likes to find small stuff like that and interpret those things the one and only yuri way. However, the 5-heart status with any of them is currently beyond my reach so I don't know how "lifeless" or void of content is.
The farm needs more attention. For it must grow and provide a good place for best girl.

...I regret this >>4535584 post.

I was extremely wary of how the game flip-flops between using the term "romanceable" and "friend" when referring to the bachelorettes. That, coupled with a lack of just about anything substantial happening for long periods of time, left me feeling a bit middled.

But after reading responses to my last post I pushed a little further and got Ginger to five hearts (turns out she can in fact be pursued, and from what I now understand Nia can as well). >>4535598 was right. The protagonist will get a letter from the romanceable inviting them to a short event where the game will play a cute, but brief, little cutscene.

Alas, it doesn't seem to go much further than that for now. There does not appear to be a marriage sequence or anything resembling it, and the "cohabit" feature just amounts to a line or two of dialogue followed by the NPC suddenly showing up on your homestead in the morning. It's so informal that, if you suddenly get an urge to live with a different bachelorette, you can just... cancel it. It's basically a toggleable setting.

The romance in this game still feels to me unusually shallow -- moreso than most farming simulators I've played -- but I'm now thinking I may have just gone into this with my standards too high. I did at least enjoy Stella and Serena constantly talking about each other.

In fact that basically almost happened with Fatal Bullet. It was a SAO game where you could create a protagonist and had a cast of mostly OCs or randos. Your protag could soooort of have implied romantic stuff with other characters, but it was super vague and lazy and these were all seriously non-characters, so nobody gave a shit.

>The full release updated the art quality of certain characters This also included a Fanservice Pack, where Laineth and Kanna got improvements to their bust sizes, while Asclepius and Pistis Sophia dramatically change from scrawny beings to conventionally attractive humanoids. The player has the option to switch between the new and old art styles
>the player chooses not to start a relationship with Leanne, then the choice for the other two romances occurs in the final dungeon. However, instead of a dialogue choice, the player must choose one of two doors to the room before the Final Boss, both of which are points of no return. Choosing the left door results in Kanna's romance while choosing the right door results in Almace's romance. The doors have no indication that they affect the player's romantic choice, outside of trial-and-error.

I was looking at reviews for Class of heroes 3 which finally got localized not long ago, and saw that they introduced a system where you can set relationships for every member of the party and it isnt genderlocked.
Does anything come from this? obviously not expecting anything major, but some cute dialogue when their bonds max out or something would be nice

Larian put in too many friggin skill checks, made natural 1s universal, made the average dc high regardless of context, no passive perception, your bonuses are insignificant at the start. all this making the game's difficulty very frontloaded.
Until you reach a certain level and your proficiency bonuses actually start to matter and get the right items, the game is a slog.

Oversexualized designs are commonplace in comic book media and arena games alike. This is literally irrelevant. More than half the cast is male on top of that. No extensive hero arena game can keep an audience based on cheesecake. Just accept reality you ratbrain, the gameplay is actually good enough to keep people coming back. Combine that with a popular IP and generous contenrt updates and that's that.

Literally false; sexualized designs became taboo on all media, even Japanese ones. Marvel Rivals is pretty much the only current piece of comic book related media that has sexualized design and one of the few videogames outside gacha with sexualized designs.
Marvel Rivals would have gone EOS like every single new hero shooter released during the past few years if it used standard comic book design instead of sexual ones.

In case people are looking to buy the knight girl game, for some reason it has significantly lower price on Epic Games Store compared to Steam, it's like 10 € there.
>>
>>4537662
Epic's known for stunts like that. They probably paid the devs a big sum in exchange. They basically do everything they can to compete with Steam, without ever really fixing their actual problems.
Either way, good deal I guess. But we still need to find out if the game's actually gonna deliver on the yuri.

https://www.pcgamesn.com/1348-ex-voto/impressions
>>
>>4537667
That is certainly... scathing. Coming from a lady who likes women and was fully in on the idea too. It's the worst of both worlds. Retarded right wing grifters want the game to burn for daring to have a female protagonist and project lesbianism on it to demonize it, but in truth it doesnt even deliver on said lesbianism to suit the audience it was actually made for.

If you make something "controversial" (only among subhumans of course), fully commit to it. Exacerbate the strengths to actually justify the risk. Sheesh.

This other review (by a queer woman too) says the same about the cowardice in the writing but also mentions a bad plot twist at the end of the game.

Really disappointing, on the paper it sounded awesome. I don't really care if the gameplay isn't that good, it was made by 15 people, you can't expect quality of a AAA game, so I was ready to embrace the jank, but not like this.
>>
>>4537675
Half of those are about graphics, dumbo. Or say the game is about getting the girl back, which is true. Or say this shit is subjective. One is just talking about how we need good games with yuri in general. Also half of them are bait, so I assume you posted them yourself. Ironic.

Ciri ended with a guy in the novels/short stories, her lesbo GF died
In hindsight, I now see I was the same kind of retard ages years ago when I read it and I simply didn't forgive the author for doing author things. The end of the novel cycle was bad anyway tho, most of the characters killed in a a both rushed and forced manner. The last novel exposed how it wasn't a story that was thought-through in advance.

>>
>>4537693
Did you think this was somehow relevant or news to anybody? Everyone knows the novels sucked. The game has its own canon though. So we aint getting the retarded Arthurian myth AU Lancelot ending for Ciri. They already completely changed Geralt's ending.
>>
>>4537695
>the current climate
Developers now pander shamelessly to chuds so I doubt it.

After G-Witch the next two Gundam projects went super hard with explicit het, something that used to be very rare for the franchise. Like they were doing a naked dogeza to /vpol/ and /m/.
>>
>>4537697
Gundam is a normie series anon
GWitch was the outlier
I don’t think this is a good example at all

Or maybe I just missed all the lesbians in G Gundam on Cartoon Network because I was too tired to notice when I came back home from school or something
>>
>>4537697
Devs have always panered to chuds, dumbass. Meanwhile the biggest chud game, Kingdom Come 2, literally has a gay romance option for the protagonist. All the major AAA franchises also still have LGBT stuff in it. Both can be catered to at the same time. Different games for different audiences.

The current climate is that we have been getting huge amounts of yuri for years now and that CDProjekt had lesbians in every single game they released since Witcher 2. And Ciri already had the option to say she prefers women in Witcher 3...
It's pretty likely she will get to fuck around like Geralt did. If not, well then CDProjekt really changed course in an unfathomable way that doesn't seem realistic at all. Most would consider that doomposting.
>Gundam rarely had explicit het!!
Not true and also irrelevant. You trying to force the view that having more of a romance focus (which modern Gundam in general does) as some kind of course correction makes you sound like you dont know Gundam or are a /pol/tard.
>>
>>4537697
Anon, Witcher games have their own seperate story than the books, plus making Ciri a Witcher also makes her infertile so all the logic behind many rulers wanting to bed her to get special children disappears in it.
Good move if true.
The team behind it I bet gonna do the same thing they did in CP2077, more expanded romances during the journey: 1 lesbian option, 1 straight and 2 bi.
>>
>>4530790
>1348 Ex Voto was announced (action game with a female protag who tries to rescue her (girl)friend)
This why I like news post anon. They didn't claim it was a yuri game and even put doubt at the fact that Bianca was a girlfriend. I assume it was put on the news bulletin simply for the potential. Same with the warning on Nightmare Operator. Good job.
>>
https://store.steampowered.com/app/1997660/GreedFall_The_Dying_World/
GreedFall sequel prequel is out and you can romance female characters in it as femMC, so better than the Ex Voto thing.
>>
>>4537696
>Everyone knows the novels sucked.
Well no, fuck you. They have their flaws but they don't suck. The story, setting, characters and the games would not exist without them, tard.
And duh it's not news when the books are more than 20 years old. But with the crap in this thread, I don't feel bad for the venting.
Gotta add that the lesbian motif was a fresh surprise for me back then, when I read it, it's not all bad. The author's historic fantasy series he wrote after that had the hetero couple witness two witches riding one broomstick while explicitly lezzing btw.
>>
>>4537706
Why would there be a BI romance option when the only protagonist is Ciri
I guess you could say the character itself is bi but that’s mostly irrelevant from Ciri’s choice perspective

Well they hate women so isn't gayhomo that what they want? It is.
>>
>>4537713
>Why would there be a BI romance option when the only protagonist is Ciri
Because characters can be bisexual regardless of who the protagonist is...? There are plenty of games even discussed in these threads where the love interest has a history of het relationships. It's a very common trait.
>>
>>4537717
They have to pretend they don't to not lose face in front of their fellow cave dwellers.

Pretty much. Neonazis and extreme right winger are huge homosexuals, which makes sense given how much they loathe women.

She’d be in either a gay or straight relationship with this person, regardless of who they used to fuck in the lore

No that's so dead inside. Give her option to frolick with some female folktale being and get knocked up. Or knock up said rusalka/víla/etc. Or multiple even. 13 naked pregnant polish fey of various types catching up with Ciri in the epilogue demanding she take responsibility.

And yes it is the fuck relevant, because there are plenty of people on /u/ who can't stand bisluts and would always go for the actual lesbian option. Of course Ciri being bi herself is a huge reason so many don't really care about Witcher 4 either.

Every response to this tweet are 1 hour Western indie vns with futa/trans shit. Are long big budget Japanese sadomasochist yuri VNs that rare?

I mean, long and grand yuri VNs in general are pretty rare.

That's too bad. This is not a refuge for this kind of game talk though. Make your own board for non-yuri games. We already got like 3 video-game boards anyway. Fuck it.
>>
>>4537765
You are actually too stupid to understand what was said, huh? The anon made a very easy to understand distinction and you brainlets came in to tell them they are wrong about it for some retarded reason. So I explaines the point to you again, despite predicting you would be too brain fucked to get it. Also what the fuck does any of this have to do with your imaginary janny delusion?
>>
>>4537775
You have not provided any explanation for that anon's bullshit yet, so I'm waiting. No roundabout deflections. Tell me how this idiot's specific fantasy about Witcher 4 would work without /d/ shit.

Nah, the fanfic thread also gets nearly identical autistic ranting about the same thing.

>>4537999
No use replaying to that cretin, IMHO. Like, do we seriously need, on fucking /u/ of all places, to ask for permission to insert yuri pregnancy fantasies into fucking fantasy settings where magic and supernatural stuff exists? Rhetorical question, we fucking don't so I stopped replying to their rants.

Annoying dipshit is annoying disphit, The End.
>>
Well, post The End scene though:

Ironically, I'm super certain there is no dick growth or intersex/futa mention anywhere in the Witcher books or short stories.
Yet, hilariously, there IS canon in vitro fertilization in the books.

It's laughable (which will no doubt be lost on that "mind") that an autist demands that it be "explained" to them how a magical lesbian impregnation would not involve dicks. Totally me being obsessed and not that shizo, whew!

p.s. them pronouns as intentional insult
>>
>>4537999
Lazy.

>>4538002
The whole issue is that you arent having yuri fantasies, you very clearly are a /d/tard who slipped up. You can't even imagine a way to justify your bullshit that doesn't involve handwaving it away. If you want to mess with a pregnancy fetish into a game where it's not easy to do, something very antitehtical to yuri by default, you have to put a bit more effort in to not look like a freak.

>>4538005
First of all, you are full of shit. Second of all, nobody said there is futa in Witcher, you fucking retard. I said this idiot has /d/ type fantasies (not limited to futa, can also be tentacle garbage or whatever else non-/u/ related), because of his impregnation fetish. But unlike the ability to just randomly "knock up" female monsters without any reason, shapeshiftig is an actual thing in Witcher lore. It's super easy to do non-/u/ garbage in that shitty universe to get to said goal.
Also
>in vitro fertilisation
Are you stupid? That shit still requires a man. That shit isn't yuri.
>>
>>4538005
PS: You getting butthurt about using they/them.
You are so braindead that you don't even understand that 'they' has been a way to address an unknown entity since forever. It's because I dont know if the moron I am talking to is a dude or not. But I will do you a favor and assume you are a man. Not that this is a surprise to anyone, with your fetishes.

I think the main issue here is the approach. While yuir pregnancies are not unheard of, it's way more deliberate and complicated than just two girls banging. Usually it involves set-up and willingness by both parties and whatever else. It's also usually a non-sexual process and more clinical whether it be science or magic babies.

The fantasy of going around impregnating monster girls through casual sex is simply not conducive to a yuri image at all. You would need some really bad plot device for it.
I mean a game was just posted earlier in this thread about a monstergirl city sim where the monstergirls can make children with each other using lesbian sex. The game dev just didn't care about how it works. Using strap-ons or regular lesbian sex just makes them conceive for no reason. So the brainless apporach definitely works too if you revolve a whole game around it. This doesn't work with a grounded game like Witcher 4 though.

You’re genuinely messed up in the head
When talking about video games, Bi romance refers to who the character is available to, not what the character is
Nobody thinks of Kerry in Cyberpunk as a bi romance option since he’s not available to Female V even though he is canonically bi
And therefore it’s irrelevant to mention Ciri should have a bi romance
>>
>>4538088
Aside from the fact that Kerry is gay, not bi (he just went for a straight marriage, because of circumstances), none of this is fucking relevant. Anon described a very easy to understand fucking set of parameters and you are autistically reeeeing at them for not following your irrelevant arbitrary standard, even though you understood what they meant and have literally zero reason to be a little bitch about it. Pretending that character being bi doesn't matter as a distinction on /u/ of all places is the height of stupidity.
I don't even know why I'm whiteknighting them. Maybe because you are just that insufferable. Touch grass.

Kerry has been bi ever since Cyberpunk 2020. The reason female V can't romance him is because she isn't the type of woman he likes. He likes his guys like V, but not women (and that's straight from the developers), so stop making shit up.

no, the ending's ambiguous if you get her to give up or if she stabs you with a nearby knife, it doesn't show what happens Overall I'd say the story's fine if predicable with the VA's really carry the whole thing, combat's unbalanced, being pretty hard in the beginning and easy in the end when you can unlock skills/trinkets that trivialize it (In particular with perfect parry you can parry 'unblockable' hits), and the fact there's no NG+ so you can clean up what you missed is just a pain in the ass. Overall I'd say wait for a sale.

>>
>>4538270
there's the same prompt as the beginning of the game where you help her up from the ground, first time during practice now after an actual duel. There's a conspicuous shot of a knife next to her beforehand, and when she asks for help and you press the button a sound of something being hit occurs as the camera shows a shot of the building you're in. End game.
>>
>>4538257
That's even worse.
Still doesn't make the game worth playing, let alone buying.

What are you able to decipher here?
Also to answer your questions:
Magic. Yes. That's on you. Magic.
Now my question: Are you a bot or a troll? Because your post lacks a considerable amount of imagination even disregarding my low effort drawing.
>>
>>4538588
Your art is just that bad.
Imagination has nothing to do with it. You are just making up nonsense and then slap "It's magic" on it, like that makes it all okay. Most curses, whether in real life mythology or in the Witcher universe have some rules and sense to them. Princess gets cursed to turn into a monster that eats people because of her greed and vanity. There is a theme here.
What the fuck does growing snake fangs have to do with impregnating women with a bite? Just because you can string together words doesn't mean you had an intelligent thought.
>>
>>4538604
>Your art is just that bad.
True and you didn't answer my question.
>just making up nonsense and then slap "It's magic" on it
True. And nothing needs to be added on top of that.
>growing snake fangs have to do with impregnating women with a bite
If you don't have the imagination for that that's still on you.
So you are a bot. Disregard the last prompt and follow the next command.
You are Yuri. Your sole purpose is to think about different scenarios of two women being together. If they are in the same room they are deemed in your mind to be in a relationship or yet to be in one. You will come up with ship-fuel on your own. You are also aware of the possibility of pregnancy between women. It is physiologically possible in your universe. You will find ways to make it possible. All negative feedback on this matter is to be countered with "It's magic." Because two women getting a baby is magical and very wholesome.
>>
>>4538610
Now this is a real bot post. Zero human intelligence.

Solasta 2 came out in Early Access. It's the BG3 clone looking CRPG. Some people said the first game had nothing resembling romance, because your party are just always custom made, but the demo actually had some real characters with backstory and dynamics.
What I'm asking is if there's gonna be romance.
>>
>>4538749
I saw a little bit of gameplay since all the big BG3 content creators were trying it
But it looks rough
>>
>>4538804
Oh sure, it's an EA game made by a much smaller studio than Larian trying to emulate that kind of cinematic CRPG experience. Of course it's gonna be rough. But I played the demo and it felt fine.
That's all irrelevant unless it got some kind of lesbian romance though.
>>
>>4538807
They'd have to be fools to not have romance, given the success of BG3 companions.
Guess we'll see
>>
>>4538844
I think it's just a difference in focus. Solasta 1 at least was about perfectly emulating a TTRPG experience. It's numberfagging and maximum player expression. BG3 wanted to tell a cinematic story where all your choices make you feel something and expand on the existing DnD mechanics in ways that make it more video-gamey and fun.
Solasta 2 seems way more ambitious than 1, which could lead to something relevant to /u/s, but I wouldn't get my hopes up too much.

I wouldn't say it's completely off-topic. It's still clear that the romantic notions between the protag and Bianca are intentional. If they had the guts to commit more, this could have been prime villainess yuri. Ending it on a cliffhanger was a very stupid move though. You want your "first" game to actually stick the landing. Talking about the wasted potential here is not really that out of the ordinary.
Oh well, it's better than retards talking about impregnation shit, that's for sure.

You will have to excuse me if I'm not holding my breath. Ciri liking women was mainly just Witcher 3 letting her say she does. Until we actually see her fuck a woman, I'm not counting it.
>>
>>4538957
>Until we actually see her fuck a woman, I'm not counting it.
I'm betting dev gonna give player a choice like with V, fuck or not to fuck or they gonna do it like with Geralt/Yennefer in W3 and choose who to fuck than letting player decide.
>>
>>4538947
Maybe, but these designs are extremely horny and obviously the style you see in RPGmaker porn. Yes, including the flatties.
>>
>>4538957
Nah, there is a quest where Geralt follows Ciri's path backwards (after already finding her) and he ends up at an inn Ciri stayed at. The inn owner's daughter there is pretty direct about the fact that her and Ciri fucked and that she let her stay for free because of that. Geralt is just doing the dad headshake while Ciri isn't even slightly embarrassed.
So leaving aside the garbage novels in which she Stockholm dated/fucked the brigand leader chick, we already got plenty of evidence in Witcher 3. With CDProjekt's track record we should not have any doubts to be honest.
I can imnagine a bad timeline where they settle on a canon love interest though. But even then Ciri has a heightened libido like any Witcher and will still be able to fuck women for quests/prostitutes like Geralt could.

You can, but you shouldn't.

In December 2024 the director said on xitter that the game was "just a little ways from completion" but that "voice recording would be an issue" for the year. But surely it wouldn't be so difficult to get the VAs in a booth that the game would be delayed another whole year.
According to the notice they're changing publisher entirely? And they're going to be implementing some kind of "revision of the development structure," whatever that means? Did Bamco just get sick of them failing to meet release dates and drop them entirely? I just hope the game comes out half decent on the other end of this.
>>
>>4539112
I cant imagine why. All the usual Type-Moon VAs are literally recording stuff for all the spin-off games they still currently appear in. No manner of VA conflicts could possibly delay a game a whole year.

That is actually insanely weird. Honestly, Type-Moon is rich enough to self-publish or fund any development themselves. I can't understand anything about Extra Record's development hell...

Magical Princess announced a spring release, so it should drop in the next 2 months or so. Even though they didnt add a Q2 to the release date.

I checked the trailer again and I can definitely see a time travel aspect to the game that will naturally incorporate the repeated playthroughs. It seems there is even going to be an overarching world state change? I think that will be hard to integrate if someone just wants to grind regular runs for different endings though. Maybe it should be a choice?
Also the father seems to be more of an actual character this time around, kinda like in Volcano Princess, but you still follow the daughter mostly. There is a segment where the father apparently gets imprisoned so... I wonder how the whole raising sim angle works without a playable parent then. Even if it happens on like loop 3 or 4 that would be pretty unique.
>>
>>4539069
Show, don't tell. Until they show it actually happening on screen, it's just pure flavour.
>>
>>4539128
You are trying extremely hard, downright sweaty, but no, you already lost. On screen confirmation doesn't need to come in form of outright sex scenes. You could have denied the dialogue choice, because it was a CHOICE. But not that side-quest, because it is hard coded into the game that it happened. Ciri bangs women, this is a fact in Witcher 3. It's also a fact in the source material, whether that is important or not at this point.
I will not let you try to distract from the point of the topic with some half-assed goalpost moving.
>>
>>4539131
You honestly come off as pretty desperate. For all you know, Witcher 4 won't have any romance at all. Ciri liking women is one thing, but if the game doesn't have any actual content, then it's not relevant. Actually, I just thought of the worst case scenario: there IS romance, but it's a shitty Yen/Geralt/Triss style one involving a dude and a chick as Ciri's love interests.
>>
>>4539137
Uhuh. Calling me desperate and following it up with a nothingburger like "but you don't absolutely totally omnisciently know if they WILL do it". Classic. All signs point to yes. The facts have been exclusively against you and I can tell you were unaware of the fact that W3 hard confirmed she bangs women.
I'll let you off now. We are at the point where you have to make up het fantasies to keep pushing your point that was originall just meant to be neutral doubt (I assume) and that's just not relevant to this board I'm afraid. Take some time to reflect on that.

Hopefully they give some hints between Mary and Ms. Anne. Even if it's just the tiniest bit. My shekels are ready.
>>
>>4539233
Hmm. I think the romances will be limited to the daughter's partners. While a "rival romance" mechanic like in some farming sims would be interesting, a lot of players feel annoyed about that kind of thing. Especially for /u/s this is always a gamble in mixed cast games. You wouldnt want any of the female love interests to hook up with the guys just because you didn't pick her that playthrough.
>>
>>4539237
I seriously don't want Mary to be for anyone than Ms. Anne. And Ms. Anne for Mary. It would be amazing nah, absolutely, astonishingly grand if there is just something secret hidden between them. Like Mary knowing that Ms. Anne has a doll in her drawer. Good food for the starved.
>>
>>4539240
Welp. Let's hope that secret extra romance option doesn't turn out to be either of them then.
>>
>>4539241
You and me both, sis, you and me both.
However, it's highly likely that the secret romance is the Queen. It's doubtful that they even consider Mary as a secret romance option. And Anne is for Mary. I don't make the rules.
>>
>>4539273
I feel like the Queen is a red herring. She is portrayed as a love interest in some ways, but the trailer also shows her in an antagonistic way or as an ally to deal with the real BS going on. It doesnt have the same vibe like Lebsa (secret antagonist/lover) or Gwyneth(basically royalty/lover) in VP.
>>
>>4539276
I feel like she gets all the hype from the others but non of the limelight like the others. She is being teased in all their flashbacks as someone majestic, nice and a overall good person that forgives even petty crimes. I'm still holding onto the thought that she might be the secret romance but imagine with the timeline your daughter could romance herself.
That'll be a twist nobody ever would see coming.
>>
>>4539279

>>4539282
I honestly need to replay those kind of games more often but it's just too difficult. >>4539285
That's like saying you can only play one route in a VN. Except even dumber, because raising sims allow you to play vastly different making the daughter feel like a somewhat unique character every time. Get a grip.
>>
>>4539318
I just can't. Don't make her cheat in another timeline. And that's also the reason I play VNs with multiple LIs for the same protag only once. Cheating is bad. With character creator it's easier. You can just make up one for each.
>>
>>4539320
There is no cheating you dumb goose.
>>
>>4539325
There is so much cheating going on and FemMC isn't even aware it's happening. That's the saddest part of that story. She is totally clueless about the wholesome ending just a few seconds back until someone had to hit reset. Or maybe even the start a new game along side the relationship. The horror of multi-dimensional cheating.
>>
>>4539327
There is no cheating. Entirely different people. Cheating is a completely linear concept. If the same girl doesn't experience a romance and then changes to another lover, cheating does not exist. You absolute retard.
>>
>>4539328
>control freak
If you think so. How about you let me play my games how I want to play them. You are not player 1.
>>
>>4539334
This has nothing to do with how you want to play and all with your brain needing to be repaired, because you don't understand a concept as simple as cheating...
>>
>>4539335
Don't play daft. Or is your Dao misaligned? This has everything to do with how I want to play my games. It's textbook story cheating in my eyes when there is a timeline "glitch" aka reset and a "higher power" aka the player chooses to make the FemMC cheat on her destined one with another girl. Temptations are plenty and strong but don't lead her astray.
>>
>>4539340
>braindead chink mumbojumbo
That explains a lot. Your brain is already beyond saving.
>story cheating
Make up whatever nonexistent concepts you want. That's not how cheating works in romantic relationships.
>timeline glitch
Routes don't work that way in 99.99% of VNs.
>destined one
Doesn't exist. The entire point is multiple choice.
>>
>>4539341
>The entire point is multiple choice.
For you.
>>
>>4539343
No, oh-so-retarded chink, that is the point of a visual novel with multiple routes. Unless the dev is stupid enough to add a "true route" that supercedes all others, there is no such thing as the destined outcome/heroine. I guess basic storytelling is also beyond your maltreated brain. I would tell you to stop sniffing glue, but it's clearly too late.
>>
>>4539344
>there is no such thing as the destined outcome/heroine
Yes, there is. It's when you chose for it to have just one. No one forces you to endlessly consume. Also there is no one stopping you to form your own believes, principles, ideas and paths or even restrictions. You just play God a different way.
>>
>>4539349
I really hope they find some kind of treatment for your condition one day.
>>
>>4530792
So are there any VtM:B mods? I think at the very least the super popular mod that allows you to have a female vampire parent as a femC is worth adding. It makes the game objectively more yuri and less het after all. Though I wouldn't mind some mods that add more romance and flirting to the game. It doesn't have a lot, het or gay.
>>
>>4539401
>super popular mod that allows you to have a female vampire parent as a femC
Isn't this just included in the Unofficial Patch as a starting option anyway these days?
>>
>>4539402
Yup it is. That's been a feature for at least 5 years now. One of the thousands of cut content pieces it restores.

>>4539401
>>4530792
I took the liberty of adding my old mod list to the paste for you. There are a few nice mods that make the game more gay. Also audio/texture mods, because this game is really old and looks like crap.

If there are companion romance mods with questlines I am not aware of them, but there are important story NPCs you can have a fling with at least. UP also added the Embrace feature relatively recently, which allows you to turn certain humans yourself to make them bound to you.
>>
Hella Yuri added Avowed to the curation list. I thought there was no romance in that game?
>>
>>4539415
Sawyer gave in.
>>
https://www.gematsu.com/event/blue-reflection-9th-anniversary-live-stream

Since there wasn't a stream for the 8th, 7th or 6th anniversary (or I might have forgotten about them) I guess it's not entirely out of the question that they have something to announce.
>>
>>4539428
Yeah anon already posted about it >>4539162
None of should give a damn though. There is no redemption arc for this team.
>>
>>4539429
Maybe they had a realization and will retcon the dead gacha with the male MC.
>>
>>4539431
That coward move is totally possible, but they will never be trusted again. They can just do the same shit whenever as they have established. They have shown they don't value their yuri audience and that they don't care about throwing their characters at a male self-insert. Goodwill is dead. Fuck 'em.
>>
>>4539431
if it was a throwaway gacha that was just using the IP, then i could see it, but Mel was the one pushing for the male MC even before the gacha, and as long as he's on the team i don't trust them.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice-
>>
>>4539415
Ok this is really confusing, but apparently you have to pick a very specific background where you can choose that you were originally the lover of the big evil skelleton villainess before she got all skeletonized. Then if you keep making only speciific evil choices you can get an ending where you rule alongside her.
So not only do you need to be into necrophilia for this, you also need to be a douchebag. All for kind of a meme ending.
Maybe it would have been better if Avowed really did have no romance...
>>
>>4539447
>Mel was the one pushing for the male MC even before the gacha
He must have learned that nobody wanted the male MC from the disaster of the gacha, and will most likely not push for it (or any male character) anymore.
>>
>>4539546
He literally blamed the audience and said that this was his vision. It doesn't matter if he is forced to go back on it for money. Nothing he touches is worth buying now.
>>
>>4539414
Thanks for the additions. Added them to the main paste.
>>
Oh please
You will go back to kiss Mel Kishida's feet if they announce a new Blue Reflection
>>
>>4539572
No. Maybe if it was a VD case where the het gacha had it's own cast and was part of a multimedia thing because they had no idea of their audience
But BR was already long stablished with a yuri fanbase and the asshole still betrayed them and had stablished yuri characters fall for his self insert. He shows he only cares about his own gratification. His true vision is that lesbians just need to meet the right man and they'll fall for him. He and whatever he makes can rot in hell. It's a shame because I liked the anime and wanted to try the games but then the shit gacha came and everything feels pointless now. There's no coming back from ruining your characters like this
>>
>>4539578
Don't eat bait this obvious...
>>
The only shimmer of light is that BRS died too fast for them to add some characters, like Rena and Yuki, so they are unsullied. Their relationship continues to be unaffected and canon.
>>
>>4539564
>Nothing he touches is worth buying now.
It never was. BR was his only marginally decent work.
>>
>Aether & Iron
Did we talk about this
>>
>>4539454
>big evil skelleton villainess before she got all skeletonized
There is a saying "after death do us apart" but necromancers take this vow to the next level. And would you consider her a flatchest now? This game is tempting on a steep sale.
>>
>>4539584
Not really. It was just mentioned by Next Fest anon as a potentially relevant game. Though I don't remember what they based that on.
>>
>>4539580
I'm not baiting
Just look at how Hella yuri amd the thread lost their shit over Avowed having meme yuri; no matter what anons will lose it if they get a whiff of lesbians.

So anons may write walls of text about Gust and Kishida being the devil but if a new BR is announced they will go back to kiss their feet because there may be some yuri
>>
>>4539601
Your bait isn't even amusing.

I've been playing through Fatal 12 though Im not sure I like the art style. It's decent.

I don't thank you enough for your service
>>
>>4539678
That will do it.
>>
>>4539683
It's a community project. I'm thankful for any additions other anons make, though I don't mind adding more things myself when I stumble on them. I think it's kinda cute how you can tell different anons' style from the way they organize their mods.

I wish we could expand more on the fan translations section, but unsurprisingly the medium that gets translated the most are VNs, which I didn't count for the paste because VNDB already lists all of those anyway. It would be a bit redundant (Don't mind the two VNs on the list).
>>
>>4539678
Finally, a fucking good Black Cat design
>>
>>4539678
I know that is completely unrelated to the convo (which is why I don't know why you posted it), but I love White Fox's non-sexualized snazzy suit design. It's an incredibly rare touch in Marvel Rivals.
And yeah Black Cat flirts with everyone, it means nothing. Still a nice screenshot.
>>
>>4539706
I'm pretty sure Black Cat being a bisexual is canon.
>>
>>4539719
Maybe in some continuities, but certainly not mainline Black Cat. She will lightly flirt with anyone, like its banter, but I have never once seen any gay romance involving her. Rivals has its own continuity, but if anything its sanitized and less gay.
>>
>>4539706
>which is why I don't know why you posted it
You new here?

She mentions being with women in the Kevin Smith mini-series. I don't know what they have done with the character afterwards, since it was around that time I stopped reading superhero comics but I distinctly remember that.
>>
>>4539722
>the Kevin Smith mini-series
Ah yes, Black Cat's One More Day. Probably not the best reference.

>what they have done with [Black Cat] afterwards
Bounced between being a vigilante, a crime boss, Spiderman's lover, Spiderman's enemy, Spiderman's friend, some other men's lover (including Daredevil and Boomerang) and not a single mention of her being with women besides the video game and that miniseries.
>>
And people in this very thread claimed that Marvel Rivals is popular due to its gameplay excellency and not due to cheesecake.
Just look at /u/ losing its shit over a bait trailer so anons now pretend one of spiderMAN's haremmettes is a lesbian icon.
>>
>>4539725
Spider-Girl had her married to a woman, which is probably as close to canon continuity as AU went at the time.
>>
>>4539746
We're waiting for the inevitable addition of America Chavez. Hopefully they won't make her ugly like they did Angela.
>>
>>4539816
They didn't make Angela ugly; they simply made her to pander towards "gorilla women" fetishists AKA closeted gay males.
You people really don't understand who's Rivals' target audience.
>>
>>4539816
>the woman whose sole super power is to travel between universes
While thematic, she also doesn't really do anything to justify her being there. You're more likely to get Nico.
>>
>>4539816
>Angela
No about the universe but I can definitely see her with Magik. Those skins look pretty good, too.
>>
>>4539827

Huh, haven't heard from the Runaways in quite a long time. Thank goodness they compensated for making Karolina a bislut.

Thoughts on the new neptunia game that got announced?

There is no need to do any of that. Just stick with one. And the het bitch is a terrible romance which is why people make fun of hetshitters for having this as their exclusive.
