kitakawa had a good ending

Signalis. Unless you get the super secret 5th ending that unlocks the post game farming sim.

Only if you pick the bad ends
>>
>>4544819
Isn't one of them canon? The opening storybook cutscene is addressed to Goldie, a character that only exists in the bad endings.
>>
Mary Skelter 2
>>
>>4544905
Great one but it undooms itself so does it really count?
>>
>>4544893
It's not and it's not. I have no idea how you got it so wrong. The opening scene is from Grandma Holle's perspective. And there is no canon ending. The devs confimed that. One ending leads to Pocket Mirror, but that doesn't mean it's canon to LGTS. Way to mess up on the OP pic.

Then again, this is a worthless anti-yuri thread, so it has no business existing anyway.
>>
>>4544980
No I meant literally the opening scene has a signed foreword/message from Elise to Goldie in a blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment.
>>
>>4544396
The "good" ending has them accepting their fate of being sent on a zero chance for success mission and just waiting for when they die, but at least they are together and considering what it took to get here, that's a good thing.
>>
Amphibia
>>
>>4545047
This wouldnt make sense when you get any of the endings so it's clearly not meant to mean anything.
Also Pocket Mirror's good ending resets the universe to a point where Goldie gets adopted by Elise without them being related, with Goldie finding the red slippers. So this might as well be from that universe and Elise is telling her this tale as a warning, which would actually only make the good endings a possible canon.
>>
>>4544893
No, there's a dev interview that confirms that there is no canon ending for Little Goody Two Shoes. The LGTS wiki has a link to the YouTube video, if you're curious.

We literally just got one of the biggest movies of all time shitting all over fools who want doomed yuri and it was gloriois. There is noting more beautiful than overcoming destiny rather than cowardly accepting it.
>>
>>4545415
Why can't people here just avoid threads for darker yuri ships instead of having to cry about how its existence triggers them?
>>
>>4545415
Cosmic Princess Kaguya is still doomed yuri because it's on Netflix which no one will be able to afford soon
>>
>>4545515
Italy just ruled the endless unannounced subscription price increases from 2017 to 2024 are illegal and that Netflix will have to refund all subscribers. EU customer protection undooming everyone as usual.
>>
>>4545515
I literally paid 5 bucks to watch the movie like 20 times in a month and then unsubscribed without issue. I have no idea what you are whining about.
>>
>>4545510
Confusing stupid, contrived, anti-yuri stories for being just "dark" is pretentious. Shoving a male between girls or having them kill themselves are tropes that should have died with Class S. There is nothing to gain there.

And I know for a fact that you don't care about the good style of doomed yuri, like a world that's going to end or like one of the girls being fatally ill from the outset and they go into the relationship knowing its fleeting or something like that. No, it's gotta be stupid drama where they are separated for dumb reasons, one has to marry a guy or one dies for no reason. All you doomed yuri freaks have zero taste.
>>
>>4545510
>darker yuri ships
That isn't what darker means you underage retard.
>>
maybe labyrinth of refrain? it's kinda doomed because there's no way the girls could've lived peacefully because of the eyes they were born with

Even the good endings are doomed yuri because Goldia never born, therefore no more gay selfcest
>>
>>4546536
I mean isn't being fatally ill and dying for no reason pretty much the same thing?

Like you can do both in the same story
>>
>>4548325
Is there actually any /u/-adjacent content in Pocket Mirror?
>>
File: HarpaeProfile29.jpg (256 KB, 1000x563)
256 KB JPG
>>4548451
Yes. To begin with, Harpae's and Lisette's portraits in the bonus room (and talking about the bonus room, the interactions Goldia has with all the girls here have clear romantic connotations) blatantly tell that they both like Goldia.
Actually, Lisette and Goldia were supossed to kiss in a CG, but due to time constraints that was leave out (word of god).
>>
>>4548349
No, they are distinctly different. Stories about dating a terminally ill patient are structured around this outcome and very much nuanced most of the time. Dying for no reason is the Class S retardation of "My lover got hit by a car at the end of the story so now I married a man to move on from my painful memories" and the like. Even sudden completely unexplained or unforeshadowed illness for the sake of drama and ending the story with something "dark" are just lazy asspulls.

>>4548606
"Like" in this case is not meant romantic. Unless you think she is romantically attracted to tea.
>they totally had to cut the kiss CG
Yeah and for some reason they still didnt find the time to add this one pic in the fucking remake despite all the new additions and extra budget. What a coincidence.
>>
>>4549581
Class S as a genre is centered around the tragedy. I assume your mental picture of it is the Oniisama e anime, which fucks up the original story. Rei kills herself rather than dying in an accident and Nanako ends the story alone.
>>
>>4549598
The "tragedy" Class S revolves around is always that yuri is impossible and the girls either die or move on to marrying men. That is utterly worthless. I don't need to explain why this is inherently an anti-yuri genre used by male authors to dictate how women should adept to society. It's a somehow even dumber version of the 60s-80s lesbian novels in the USA, where it's always an evil lesbian seducing a righteous woman who by the end breaks the spell or is """damned""" alongside the lesbian as a "cautionary tale". Because at least those lesbian authors who wrote that used coded language and fully wrote out real romance with just a tagged on resolution you could ignore.
Class S from the 60s-80s, when women couldn't even write and publish at all, was just men writing about how funny it is that women might think they are into other women and that they should move on from that fantasy. And the whole work is just about how transient these childish feelings are. Inherently shittier.
>>
>>4549715
>Class S from the 60s-80s, when women couldn't even write and publish at all
Please, stop talking out of your ass.
>>
>>4549715
What do you think of the little yuri that women wrote in the 70s?
>>
>>4549718
No this was real but as far as I know men just went to the shojo genre and class-s just languished after the 40s
>>
>>4549718
Study some Japanese history, newfag.

>>4549759
Class S was a fully present genre throughout the entireity of the 50s-80s anon. It was just written by men, just like Shoujo.
>>
>>4549761
Name some examples.
>>
>>4549763
Why...? I'm not gonna waste looking up that trash. Do it yourself, you got google.
>>
>>4549775
Yeah, you don't know what you're talking about. All the tragic seventies shoujo yuri anyone remembers was written by women.
>>
>>4549761
That is from Japanese history. You can literally read about it from Yoshiya Nobuko's biography. How do you not know this?
>>
>>4549776
There was no "yuri" in the 70s. The genre hasn't existed before the end of the 80s. Really showing off your knowledge there, newfag.

>>4549777
You dumbfuck... Yoshiya Nobuko who was active from the 1920s-40s? Are you this stupid or is this bait? In her biography she literally talks about how women's writing was suppressed and how men always ruin shit. You didnt read anything or research anything...

>Unless you think she is romantically attracted to tea.
Come on, you know like a person isn't the same as linking a food.

>Yeah and for some reason they still didnt find the time to add this one pic in the fucking remake
You got it wrong. They wanted to add it in the remake as a change from the original, but due time issues they couldn't in the end.

The artist also said they all are gay, btw.
