Earlier games you can get naturally lucky with a units growths and have then become a god that can solo the game, and in later games you can usually, and easily, create some sort of monster unit that solos most of the game. I think there are even playthroughs on youtube where people solo most of the newer games with the Avatar with one other person or something like that, even on the hardest difficulties. that being said, this might be something you have to go out of your way to specifically build.>GBA FE6/7you can still get some powerful units, but the Lords in both games are much more tame. I still found it handy to cap one out, but some people don't like it. you have to have characters end their turns adjacent to each other so they can gain support points to grind out supports and supports in the GBA games are limited to 5 ranks total ranks per character. You basically only get to view 5 supports on any character in a given playthrough, but the supports do give stat bonuses. The amount of support points generated on each map is also limited, so if one pair is parked next to each other and eats the entire pool of support points, then no other pair can generate support points to rank up on that map. I wasn't exactly sure how this part worked so I had to look it up.
