Anyone playing this shit? Gears of War 1 is the only Gears game I liked and I thought the rest were utter shit. This is worse than the original Gears, but still pretty good and hopefully they make it more like the original game in a couple more patches or something but they probably won't. Had a shitload of glitches and crashes on Steam for a couple weeks after the release but it seems to be working now. I never played ultimate edition either because i assumed it was dogshit and they fucked it up, which they probably did, so it's nice playing gears 1 again even though it's not as good as the original. Also I dont care about the campaigns or anything so I'm mostly just talking about multiplayer. The campaigns for 2 and 3 were retarded. 4 and 5 look like giga retarded horseshit made by fucktarded chimps. GOW 1 campaign was great, but I would probably just play the original game if I wanted to play the campaign again. The multiplayer for the original has been dead for a very long time now, so I can finally play it again on the remaster of the remaster (which somehow still isn't as good as the original). You'd think they would get it right when they went so far as making the first remaster of a remaster ever. But gears 1 is so solid that it's still pretty good. So even though retarded fags "made" this it's not bad.

Better gun sounds and weapon feel, light environmental destruction, better set pieces and gameplay variety. Guaranteed the retards in this thread saying 1 is the best one have not play it in 19 years since it came out. You could argue about the aesthetics and atmosphere though. That did drastically change in 3. The only really shitty games were Judgment and 4. Judgement because it played like a arcade horde mode dlc that got turned into a full game and 4 because DBs were a shitty dull and boring faction that took over half the campaign. The swarm were okay. Just rehashed locust. Way too many tanky enemies and juvies. And too many fucking storm sections. And yes, Reloaded is the worst iteration of GoW1.
