You know in your heart of hearts if you want to spend more on something, but for me personally, over 85% of the time if I just take a week, I find I don't care, a big thing nowadays for me is that I feel almost pressured to buy early if a game is multiplayer cause it'll be dead, solved, figured out after the first week if I don't, souls games are particularly notorious for that sort of shit, and it takes a lot of the fun out of it cause I feel like I miss out on the exploration element.But I find if I wait long enough, eventually the spoilers slip out of my head, and I can buy the game for a few bucks instead and get to experience it all myself and then when I DO get stuck or want to find out more, the shit's already there.Just don't fall for the pressure.

I highly recommend that anyone who feels the same to check out Sheridan Le Fanu, he doesn't indulge in the imagery that Lovecraft does, but he dives into the psyche of people being attacked by their sense of guilt.
