Some of you honestly just need to sift through the shitty friends better. I can hop online on the same game as some of my friends and just play by myself listening to music. If they ask and I say I'm just enjoying some alone time or someone else wants me to help/play with them, no offense is taken. And vice versa with them. Now when I play dogshit games like Rust, sometimes people will invite some really annoying people who don't stop messaging. We usually block them and kick them from the base. They usually never add anything to the team either.

There is no obligation for anyone in my friendgroup to respond to messages. All of my games are set to private even if I wasn't invisible. Things work.
