Well, there's the usuals, Mario (Odyssey, 3D World, 3D All-Stars, Wonder), Zelda (Skyward Sword, Link's Awakening, BotW, TotK), Metroid (Dread, Prime), Mario Kart, Smash Bros. and so on.
Then there's the more niche franchises, for action game fans there's the Platinum games (Bayonetta 1, 2 and 3, Astral Chain, Wonderful 101) as well as some pretty decent musous (Hyrule Warriors, Age of Calamity, Fire Emblem Warrios), for RPG fans there's Xenoblade (1, 2, 3 and X), for Poketards there's a ton of games but only Legends Arceus is any good, for strategy fans there's Fire Emblem (Three Houses, Engage), for shooter fans there's Splatoon, for life sim fans there's Animal Crossing and so on.
