It doesn't matter because the XL is a straight downgrade from the original 3DS's screen quality. You cant put a huge screen on an already small game resolution and low power console, Every single XL console looks like shit when playing 3DS games, its not even IPS most of the times on top of that.They should've made a new 2DS with the flat design, with the c stick, put in the new 3DS processor, make the screens both at least IPS , put in dual speaker, make some limited edition model translucent colors for nintendos 30th anniversary of mario and shipped off the 3DS line in good spirit. Instead they made the monstrosity of the new 2DS XL with cheap TN screens. Fuck nintendo.Flat 2DS was nintendos best cheap design and it wouldnt have costed that much to at least put in an IPS screen. Its the only nintendo 3DS console I own. 3DS was an atrocity when it came to hardware.
