Tormented Souls 2 just came out, was looking forward to that one. Haydee 3 and Roadcraft were also games I was anticipating. There's a game called Moonstone Island I played for a while, but took a little break to let an update come and I'm excited to go back after I wrap up Tainted Grail.

No expectations lead to better experiences. For example, I monitored Silksong for years, but always felt it would release when it was ready. This meant I wasn't let down at every event when other fans were dooming or shitting themselves. When I finally best it last month, I thought it was a great experience and surprisingly worth the wait. Had I been hyping it up for 7 whole years, I'd probably walk away not as excited because the expectations would've ballooned unrealistically.By contrast, I was very hype for DMC5 since the xbox leak, but when I finally completed it, I felt it could've been better and wasnt completely satisfied despite enjoying most of it.

And I had a few frens who tried to emulate the original or play P3P and had a tough time enjoying it because of the gameplay. I had fun going through P3R and re-experiencing the story through those frens who got to experience it for the first time.I was also was excited for Wilds even though it turned out to be kinda meh overall. Why? Because it was the first time in a very long time that multiple frens were going to get a MonHun game at launch, and we could all start off fresh together.Currently looking forward to Haunted Chocolatier so my Stardew buddy and I can become autists over it. And I'm really excited to suffer with Pathologic 3 which is game that is "just for me".
