Doing campaign now. I had no expectations going in and so far I kinda do like it actually and will play it more however more balancing needs to be done and even though I get what they were trying to do with the whole creature ability system and the two upgrades I think they're not that good.Also Tower was a comfier ice/magic faction but I'll give schism a pass.

I don't know if I'm supposed to fully level 2 heroes evenly, or quarterback the best one, leaving the other to be a basic scout. But when the Temple shows up at week 2 with 2 fully stacked armies, I call fucking suss on that. If they kill any of my heroes, quarterback or scout, I instantly lose. Please send help.

I then through attrition lose parts of that army, and need to go back to restock it from the keep. But then when I've done this two loops max, the enemy shows up with an army twice as big as mine, and doubled across two heroes. How am I suppose to compete with that? It seems like the NPCs aren't even playing by the same rules I am.
