Why do companies keep using shiny bodysuits to censor their characters when it only makes them more erotic? Most obvious case being Juri?

I have never once seen an apple when I close my eyes, yet I know what an apple looks like and can draw one. I always assumed "picture this" was an expression. I made a pretty accurate sculpture of a character from memory, but at no point do I ever "see" vivid imagery like the meme suggests.

Genuine question, when you read books, can you see a vivid picture of the scene you're reading? Or is it just black space? Do you have an inner monologue? I find this fascinating.
>>
>>716949923
Not him but I was always yelled at in school during reading time because I would just read the book out loud. I thought "read silently" was literal and I would get increasingly distressed when the teacher told me to stop talking and just read. It's impossible for me. I don't know what an inner monologue is or how people manifest images in front of them like an X-man. I'm reading this reply out loud even now. It just doesn't work for me.
>>
>>716949923
I see jack shit, which is probably why I don't care much for reading. I do have an inner monologue, though. I can almost sort of conjure an image in my head, but I would liken it to sonar in how fleeting it is.

Answer:
>it only makes them more erotic
>>
>>716949923
Not him and not on topic but for some reason I find it kinda amusing that when I tried to watch the DUNC movie (Before closing the tab when I saw Kynes), Leto and Paul looked like the clones of what I imagined while reading the book, except Leto didn't have a beard and Paul had short hair in my mind. Was weird how they nailed the casting for those and yet somehow managed to get a silver fox beefcake to play Gurney who is literally desrcibed as an ugly lump.

Actually no, there are many instances of people with brain damage describing the difference between simulating visuals mentally and simple recognition and on-call description. Some people don't have the ability to conjure images in their mind, it's that simple. Also it doesn't require brain damage to be unable to view those images, it's just that those particular instances clue us into it readily. In fact I'm pretty sure there are some instances of the inverse where people areunable to see with their mind's eye and are then able to imagine objects or scenes readily after having been concussed or similar. Take also the consideration that some people are more able to understand 3d space mentally than others; it's well-known that men broadly are able to pass puzzles of 3d object rotation sometimes trivially that women are broadly unable to accomplish, like picrel. Someone with a strong mental imaginative ability can solve this readily whereas someone without practice with using his or her mind's eye will struggle with it. Try it yourself.

It's still worth noting purely because these types of mental aptitudes or lack thereof are very common, and something that can be readily adapted against like lacking a mental image of something by using coping systems like descriptions and memory (which work perfectly fine for most people) are ALSO very hard to detect. It's why it's so hard for some people to accept - "what do you mean I can't imagine things? I imagine things fine! You're just hallucinating if you can, what, SEE an apple in front of you?? Schizo!" not realizing that it's clearly different to anyone who has the aptitude and ability.

Since he expressed that he literally was reading his and others posts out loud, what most likely happened was that he meant the opposite
>I thought "read silently" was just an expression or something and not literal
but wrote what he did and didn't go back and check his post for continuity and congruity because he's most likely got a learning disability. Someoen with dyslexia could experience mild versions of what he described daily. I know a friend of mine will type things up and say the exact opposite of what he meant and only correct himself when I point it out to him because he wasn't able to go back and double-check himself.

>I don't know what an inner monologue is
You basically have conversations to yourself, in your head, which no one else can hear because it’s all happening within yourself. It can be considered as a form of thought processing, if that make it clearer to you.

>or how people manifest images in front of them like an X-man
This one can be more difficult to explain – similar to explaining to someone who was born blind what color is, since they’ve never experienced color before.
You’re pretty much using your mind to create the image for you, like a photocopy or photo shot of an image you’ve seen before… if you’re more imaginative, you can make up images.
>>
>>716954464
So is 99.95% of art. The initial image in your head is NOT typically what you land up settling with. You will change what you're creating constantly through the process of creation.

Do you believe in truly original ideas or do you believe that everything is an amalgamation of influences?
If you do believe in truly original ideas, maybe you can provide an example of that?

Then look how AI creates and you'll see they're not that different IE: When I used to draw, everything I conceptualized in my head, amalgamated and morphed throughout the process until I arrived at an approximation of my original idea.

Why worry about imagination when you can have the actual thing right infront of you. This shows how much censorsuits are pipedreams of the internet virgin

Trying to explain how imagination works is insane to me. I can close my eyes and imagine something but I still see the back of my eyelids at all times, so it's like a super-imposed image in the darkness.
I can do the same with my eyes open, imagine ghostly figures that I know aren't there, but attempting to solidify them and make them corporeal seems impossible, and probably a good thing I can't otherwise it would break my sense of illusion and reality.

Are we even capable with our language to describe how imagination works and how it looks to each individual?

>what's wrong with a matte black bodysuit, that's pretty hot as well
Matte black is harder to draw, I can't even get AI to make good women in matte black leggings. I had to recolor this by making another layer in paint.net.

alternating between cloth and skin is indeed cool, that's why we need much more individual pieces
gloves and stockings and chokers is all good shit, but what we sorely lack is corset+no_underwear, since that sort of design can only really be showcased in porn

Looks like the thread devolved into NPCs talking about how they have no soul or inner voice so I won't bother reading it. I'll just mention that humans are naturally attracted to glossy things because, in nature, fruits with a high content of water are glossy and were important to our ancestors.

If you don't find OPs example hot, you are basically broken. Brain hopelessly burned out by westoid porn.

You don't see it projected in the black of your eyelids, you see it in a non-physical space in your head.

>but my mind's eye only kicks in when i'm sleepy or paranoid.
This would suggest that you have the ability to do it but you're subconsciously blocking yourself from accessing it.
Was there anything in your childhood that could have caused that?
Me too anon, and I suspect you've probably been put under a great deal of pressure to conform and that this blockage is part of how you attempted to comply with the typically ambiguous and vague instructions neurotypicals give you when they're unrealistically mad you don't think like them.

The only glossy fruit I can think of are berries like blackberries.
Point still stands but most fruits are waxed to get that glossy look.
(I got this image from a Fruit Wiki on Fandom. Why the fuck is there a Fruit Wiki?)
