The skeletons in Falout mostly exist in unpopulated areas that aren't maintained. Populated areas come under constant attack so the structures end up being more utilitarian and scrappy than orderly and factory made.

I actually liked the Eden ending but not because I agreed with itLiterally every free-willed robot in the series except for Curie and Nick in Fallout 4 has looked at what remains of humanity and concludes, immediately, that the world would be vastly better off if humans and their works did not exist anymore. Several villains including Ulysses and the Children of Atom decide a great reset of the Earth is needed so that something different can rise from the agesBut you just spent the entire game in 3, 4, 76 and New Vegas proving that humanity is worth fighting for, flaws, suffering and pain and all.
I was 8 years old when I watched the dev walkthrough with Todd going through Fallout 3. Not gonna lie it absolutely blew my mind. Aesthetically it was genuinely incredible and full of great art/design and atmosphere, mainly courtesy of the sadly now passed Adam Adamowicz. Since he died Bethesda have really run the series into the ground starting with Fallout 4, what an ugly and vomit inducing game in comparison to FO3. But yeah Fallout 3's actual story was pretty lame, but that wasn't the appeal of it at the time
