Why didn't ZZ get A New Translation treatment instead of Z? It would have benefitted the most from rewriting and compiling given how lopsided the whole thing was and they clearly just wanted it to wrap up in time for CCA.

You really have to see it for yourself. He's not inflammatory bad, he's just extremely bland. He also gets the main bitch salivating over his cock for literally no reason other than "he pilots my mecha like no one ever has" but in true woman fashion, she can't get over the alpha male she used to get fucked by. As was said, the side characters are good but all the focus is on the main character. Picrel is the most based man to ever live. The episodes he's in are great, it's the only episodes where you can start to think the MC is growing some balls and becoming a man but after he's gone he reverts back to what he used to be. Meta commentary about men building each other up? Doubt it.
