It might have had longterm consequences for Xbox as a brand, but the 360 Kinect was a massive success.
I'd say Kinect. More people had the Kinect but they only used it to loudly let everybody know exactly what was going on in their house with the shitty built in mic on call of duty. The people who had the Move actually used it regularly.

Fucking shame because the PSMove tech is basic but really effective for tracking 3d object. They're just as good as VR controllers but no one made good wagglan games for it

the kinect was also used for non gaming applications, i found them in quite a few labs at university. for what they did they were quite cheap.
