It is 'open' only in the same way The Evil Within 2's first zones were so we really get the RE3 Racoon City streets where you can jump fences and barricades they wanted but didnt have time to do back in the day. Also really hope the nemesis/pursuer enemy is Lisa Trevor stalking the ruins of the city and not Alissa. Outbreak's protags suffered enough and making it Lisa and the last child of racoon city would be a nice poetic closing of a chapter.

Just RE4 meets RE7. Will be a solid 7/10 but as the final racoon city game wont come close to peoples hopes.
