i'm not into cyberpunk, but you can read Blame! i think it is basically cyberpunk, but in a over the top way.
It's actually a post apocalyptic cyberpunk, even the apocalyptic event that precedes the setting wasn't an atomic bomb or some other shit, but higher ups and hackers fucking shit up which basically wiped 99.99% of population
