Hinako quit ballet sometime before the events of the first game *and* Sarasa is someone who can still dance ballet and she does, even though Sarasa's breasts are at least almost on par with Hinako's. They are fun games, especially the sequel Blue Reflection: Second Light (which has an ATB combat system), but they aren't for everyone, you have to tolerate the lack of English voices and some performance issues or occasional framedrops, it's also worth mentioning that the level of fanservice differs between the console games, both games have fanservice but one could say that the sequel is toned down in that regard.

Blue Reflection Sun's mistake wasn't the male character; it was not exploiting said male character the right way. They had to go all the way:1. Make the game all about the male MC "curing" lesbians while being completely explicit about it 2. Allow the player to choose male character presets that resemble Gigachad or Ryan Gosling 3. With every update add new female characters that resemble famous lesbians from different media, like Korra, the two girls from RWBY or the girls from the 2022 Gundam show and obviously allow the MC to "convert" them. With the current political landscape, such kind of shameless right wing pandering game would have been very successful. Instead they made a half assed move that pleased no one.

I just finished Blue Reflection 2. It was better than I expected and largely improved on the first entry, though I think I still actually like the first one more overall. I mostly just wish the difficulty in both games was higher; the battle mechanics and character customization end up feeling kind of meaningless when the opposition is so weak.
