most importantly make it like a desert skyrim buuuut>more enemy variety>better spell system>slightly better combat system (dont overcomplicate)>more branching quest paths and options>more dungeon varieties, egypt/persian style tombs, dungeons, caves, some kind of dwemer analogue, secret oasises>probably some sailing pirate shit>bigger livelier cities, this is very importantbut more than anything dont do what Fallout 4 did
