I'm genuinely surprised that no one has implemented a picture in picture feature for twitch or youtube yet. They can do extra bullshit like giving players bits while playing at the same time as a streamer they're watching or have an in-game highlights channel that shows a player having a good game live to others, or feed ads through the game. There are so many ways to make the industry worse for money what are they waiting for?
