Wages have stagnated and you have to make money by doing boring back breaking labor, and at the end of your decades at a company they screw you out of your retirement. You're also supposed to get social security when you retire but they're trying to take that away too. Medical is either hugely expensive in some locations or you have free health care with massive lines that prefer important people which you will not be one of. The housing is too expensive for new players, and even multiple people paying for a place costs too much. If you're on the US server you have to have insurance legally and it's super expensive. If you don't have insurance you get charged huge costs for medical or dental, and even with insurance they'll probably still break you. Aging in Real Life SUCKS it's just an ever stacking debuff that slowly kills you. That's right. You can't win real life. No matter what you do the aging debuff WILL kill you if something else doesn't do it first and most of the ways you're going to die are probably slow and hideously painful.
