Haruka was a kid when she want to be an idol but as she grew up and took on many personality traits of her dad, what her really want change into "taking care of her family". Also throughout the narrative, we see how she learn from Park backstory and not make the same mistake. Like in Park case, we see that once she became famous, no matter how hard she try, her past eventually got dug up and it ruined her career while she herself alienate the one person who actually care about her. Hakuka learned that lesson from Park and she chose to not be ashamed of her origin. It basically the same stuffs Kiryu does, selfless to other to the point of stupid.
