Why the fuck does this shit engine runs much worse than godot and unity while looking the same?

I got unreal engine and tried to download one of their demo forests and it was like 58 gigabytes.
And it made me wonder how I'm supposed to make a full game like that. The forest level alone is already 58 GB? Wtf. How do I make a full game if just one area is 58 GB before I have done anything at all yet? And then I gave up on using Unreal engine, after seeing that. lol.

Godot can do AAA graphics, because It has a PBR material system plus a shader language and GI solutions.
