You should be freely allowed to customize what your classes look like except for the uniform, that should depend on what faction you're playing in.

>>719418325So the way I *think* it works is that each faction has multiple sub factions that are map locked that you can give palate swaps to but otherwise cannot have their faces or genders changed, to do that you need faction specific skins that are also sub faction specific. Those skins CAN change the gender and face of a class however.
