So when do i even play this game?I really want to play it but really dislike big content updates years later in regards to the way i play games, they are great to have and even moreso when free, but i just hate not having the full experience from the first time i play a game

The island fucking sucks, the game (like all Harvest Moon games) falls off a cliff after year one and the community center is complete. I wish instead of the island we got some kind of town expansion Community Center 2 that doubles the villager count and gives you weirdly specific goals that require multiyear efforts though I'll admit I'm not entirely sure how that'd look. All in all I want more town and farm content and less island shit
