Enjoying my time with it, but looking at the full scope of the comfy farming genre even offshoot porn games like Cloud Meadow have greater depth to the farming/husbandry, nicer animations, better art, etc. It plays and looks like a cheap mobile game, I might just drop it early because it's intended for women and gay guys to enjoy. They can look past these flaws while I can play factorio or a million other factory games to scratch the same farming itch.

While this is SoS and not HM (in a way), thinking about the much older games in the past I've played before, I just realised - when was the last time a SoS/HM game had the mechanic where you had to fence your crops and animals? I vaguely remember up to Gameboy versions of the game that might've had it, where you had to cut wood and put up fences around your crops and animals or else wild animals could come in and damage and either injure or even eventually kill your animals out in the field. The fences would get damaged over time from incursions and you had to 'repair' them by smashing them with a hammer and setting up a new fence, and your dog pet at high love could scare wild animals away at night as well.This thought kind of came to me while I was wondering when was the last time another mechanic that no longer exists in the modern games last appeared as well, NTR Rival Marriages
