>>719426124GOG is unironically and legitimately the correct place to get Heroes of Might & Magic 3.The Steam version is a "HD" remader version with new bugs and missing most of the additional content that is supposed to be there.GOG version is the old "Complete" version.Fallout 3 used to be another example where GOG was better and you could play it without having to deal with Games For WIndows Live, but they've since finally got around to removing it from the Steam version.In most other cases, they're either equal, or Steam version is possibly better (in case of newer games with lazy devs who do update concurrently between platforms) or GOG for much older games (do a much better job preserving and ensuring they work on modern systems), and then past those it ultimately just depends on what you value from a storefront as a consumer. (or you just pirate everything, but that's a whole other thing separate than what storefront you prefer)

>>719426235Not really. The games with multiplayer are mostly coop. No Mans Sky, Dying Light, Sniper Elite, Saints Row 3 (classic and remaster), Metal Slug etc work seamlessly. Only issue is no one plays. Dying Light gets a lot of activity but most games are barren.
