Did they1. Fix quest rewards being level-scaled, where originally if you did certain quests too early you get a shitty version of an item2. Fix the leveled creature lists where weaker creatures like wolves disappear from the game after reaching certain level or other creatures like minotaurs are suddenly everywhere3. Fix bandits running around in armor that is supposed to be rare (bandits with glass armor, marauders in daedric armor)4. Fix the enemy scaling where enemies could continue gaining HP indefinitely as you level meaning they all become damage sponges5. Fix the "save bloat" issue where relying too heavily on autosaves could screw over your game6. Fix the leveled loot issue in general where because all the loot is scaled to your level a bunch of it ends up being trash when exploring dungeons7. Fix any additional issues with the original not mentioned here8. Introduce new issues on top of all the old ones
Save bloat is the only actual bug on that list and I've never encountered it despite refusing to follow any of the TES schizo 'save hygiene' rules or rituals
